Next to the small stream of Rec del Molí, whose water drove its machines, stands this relic of the industrial heritage of Castelló d'Empúries, a former mill which manufactured bread and other flour derivatives. The exhibition shows the different machinery used in the development, its historical development and different recipes. Here now you can taste the recovered bread of the Tramuntana, made from wheat obtained Empordà Wetlands (Marshes, Aiguamolls de l'Empordà). The Museum provides audio guides for visitors, organizes guided tours and children's workshops. Opened all year.
