Portalblau is the name of the Festival of Music and Arts of the Mediterranean, in the village of L'Escala, on the Costa Brava north. We're not just talking about a music festival. This is also a series of activities taking place throughout the summer (including exhibitions, conferences, dances, workshops, etc..) related to the artistic expressions of the ancient roman Mare Nostrum sea. The most important stage is located in the Roman Forum Ampúrias, next to the archaeological ruins. Check the festival's website for more information about the calendar.
