It is located on the Cap de la Barra and is accessible walking by the street Cap de la Barra, which begins at the harbor pier Llevant. It is just 800 meters from the beginning of the street and stands about 140 meters above sea level, in Roca Maura, the easternmost peek of the Montgrí Mountains.
