Every second weekend of September, the old medieval capital of the Ampúrias County, Castelló d'Empúries, recreates historically, in an accurate and entertaining way, that past by holding knights tournaments, a medieval market, troubadour music, ancient Jewish traditions, exhibitions, guided tours in the villages museums, children's games, etc. Undoubtedly, a great cultural and scenic event for the whole family in which local residents are implied in the organization.
