Castell-Cap Roig Natural Park, Palamós

Castell-Cap Roig Natural Park is a wood next to the coast located between Palamós, Mont-ràs and Calella de Palafrugell villages. It's a typical Mediterranean wood with no buildings and limited by one the most beautiful coast in all Costa Brava, as it includes interesting places as Cala Estreta, Formigues Islands, iberian settlement Sa Cobertera, Es Castell Beach, Cap Roig Botanical Garden and many more. The park is crossed by walkways and vehicles entrance is restricted.

Roques d'Ase panoramic viewpoint is located in the middle of the Es Castell-Cap Roig Natural Park (among the villages of Palamós, Mont-ràs and Calella de Palafrugell), next to the coast where you can find such interesting coves as Cala Estreta.
