Prestige Coral Platja is next to Santa Margarida Beach, on the beautiful Costa Brava. It offers an indoor and outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi zone and rooms with private balconies.

Prestige Coral Platja is in Roses
South of the Albera Range, Roses Bay forms a deep inlet in the coastline some 15 km long, with long sandy beaches and marshland. It is bounded by the Cap de Creus peninsula to the north and the Montgrí massif to the south.
Rhode and Emporion, located at either end of the bay, were the gateways through which Greek culture entered the country. Both have developed into major tourist resorts: Roses in the north and L’Escala to the south.

The origins of Roses date back the VIII century BC, with the arrival and establishment of the Rhodian, originating from the Greek island of Rhodes. Its name comes from this origins. Roses touristic points of interest are many and very different among them. Faced with the great natural landscapes that offer their creeks: Cala Montjoi, Cala Canyelles, Cala Jóncols, Cala Murtra, Cala Lledó, Cala Rustella, etc. you can also find cultural highlights of great interest as the route of the dolmens (dolmen Creu d'en Cobertella, Llit de la Generala, Cap de l'Home, Casa Cremada), also the Museum of Ciutadella (Citadel), the Castle of Santa Trinitat, Roses the Lighthouse and many other. Roses also has the largest fishing port in northern Costa Brava.
The cultural and musical offer of Roses is extensive and includes lectures, rock and blues festivals, exhibitions, concerts of various types of music and more. In summer the village hosts one of the major music festivals in the Costa Brava: Sons of Món (Sound of the World).
he best time to stroll by the harbour, one of the busiest on the Costa Brava, is in the evening, when the fishing boats sail in with their escort of gulls.
The terraces are an invitation to sit and chat, while the fortified precinct of the Ciutadella, built in the 16th century by Charles V to protect the region from pirates, merits a leisurely visit. Inside this vast fortress are the remains of the Greek colony of Rhode, founded in the 4th century BC, and the Benedictine Monastery of Santa Maria. All kinds of water sports can be practised at Roses, off the town’s own beaches of fine sand and in the coves of L’Almadrava, Montjoi and Jòncols.

The coast of Roses is full of contrasts. The name of Roses has been linked in recent years to the figure of the excellent chef Ferran Adrià, worldwide well-known for its innovative cuisine. Its famous restaurant, El Bulli, located in the idyllic Cala Montjoi, has become the El Bulli Foundation, a center of culinary research.

Beautiful typical Costa Brava Hotel in a wonderful position on the beach.. Spotlessly clean and gave the feeling of a much higher star hotel.. Extremely helpful staff who spoke many languages... The food served at breakfast and evening time was a buffet style and was great value and adequate for the money paid, but had the food been even better with more choice this hotel would have been out standing and definitely deserved of a 4 star rating.. |

Its right on the beach. The look of the Hotel Maritim and Hotel Terraza nearby, would recommend them as alternatives on the same stretch of beach. Comfortable beds. Cleaners removed towels after 1st night and did not replace until complained for replacements. Every day thereafter only had hand towels in the room! Pool at rear of hotel situated in a cramped back yard in the shade, not at the front overlooking the beach like other nearby hotels, (see likes comments). Reception staff not exactly helpful when asked basic questions on topics such as public transport etc. Bathroom very cramped with restricted access to the toilet!! |

We cannot fault it, location great, good food, staff more than helpful. even the pool that some people moan you have to walk through the carpark to is not a problem, it's 30 yards and sitting by it is less windy than on the beach side of the hotel. Never had a problem parking either. Already looking for dates for next year. No complaints about the food, more than enough variation and was of a good standard. Приехав в отель мы были приятно удивлены его месторасположением, наличием парковки, а также красивым внешним видом отеля. Номер оказался просторным, симпатичным и очень чистым. Персонал отеля был очень доброжелательным, любые проблеммы решались мгновенно. Завтраки и ужины были разнообразны и достаточно вкусными. На наш взгляд отель заслуживает самых высоких похвал. Если представится возможность обязательно посетим этот отель еще раз (отдельное спасибо booking за помощь и информацию). В условиях современной действительности хотелось, чтобы интернет работал на всей территории отеля и по возможности был бесплатным. |

La terraza frente a la playa y el desayuno buffet abundante. Tiene garaje y piscina trasera. Es un hotel típico de playa, preparado para excursiones. Te tratan como ovejas, la amabilidad brilla por su ausencia. Nada más llegar te hacen pagar la habitación, y nos intentan cobrar de más, menos mal que tenía imprimida la reserva de booking con el precio!! El checking tardó mucho en realizarse, y éramos 2 personas solamente. Al llegar a la habitación la llave no abría, después de bajar a reclamar y darnos otra llave, la puerta sigue sin funcionar y tiene que subir la chica a programar la puerta (Lo más sencillo hubiera sido darnos otra habitación). La habitación un poco justa de espacio pero correcta. Falta de enchufes para conectar el ordenador o cargador de móvil. El Wifi no funcionaba y cuando lo hace solo lo tienes por 1 hora, luego hay que pagar. Dentro del baño, la situación de WC es realmente incómoda, no te puedes sentar sin darte un cabezazo contra el lavabo. Un hotel Prestige debería cuidar estos detalles, realmente desagradables. Los ascensores son pequeños y están saturados por lo que tardas menos en subir y bajar andando. Realmente fue una experiencia desagradable debido a la cantidad de pequeños/grandes detalles que solucionar. |

Läget vid havet med privat gräsmatta och skugga vid den allmänna stranden. Att det fanns solstolar, gratis, till alla. Städningen var superb. Mycket bra frukost- och middagsbuffé som var överdådigt varierande så man tröttnade inte på maten. Prisvärt. Parkeringen. Vid själva hotellet var det dåligt med parkering. Men det fanns en på andra sidan gatan som också kunde vara ganska full. Så vi ville inte gärna flytta bilen den veckan vi var där. I övrigt inget annat att klaga på. |

Boissons à payer de suite (pas possible de les mettre sur le numéro de chambre et de payer globalement à la fin du séjour) . Quelques fois pas de tickets pour payer les boissons ; quand on l'exige on nous en apporte un "faux" ; tres mauvaise impression ! Oubli de nous restituer la caution déposée pour avoir eu accès au coffre-fort de la chambre ; oubli vraiment ? Pas de Wi-Fi dans les chambres ; très mauvais dans les zones communes . |

Los 50 m que le separaban de la playa el precio desorbitado por un hotel que solo tiene como bueno la ubicación mal servicio, malas habitaciones, reglas absurdas (cobran por adelantado aun teniendo la tarjeta de crédito, para alquilar una bici te piden 150 euros en efectivo), servicio de hamacas inexistente cada uno se tiene que buscar la vida para coger una colchoneta para la tumbona. En la piscina se echa de menos un socorrista. En las habitaciones, en el baño pondría secadores de pelo con más potencia y la nevera del mini bar que enfriara un poco más.
