The hotel is ideally situated along the promenade. Staff are most welcoming, friendly and readily offer assistance. Breakfast is substantial and full English is available. Our room was at the front with a balcony and at night the castle and ramparts were illuminated. A fantastic view. The glass bottom boat trip is a must. There is no parking at the hotel. The entrance is in the old town square, just behind the hotel. It is very narrow and you can't drive there, but you can unload by parking on the promenade (in the right direction) and then find a place to leave your car nearby. In April this is not a problem, but understand it can be difficult at peak times. We recommend this hotel and it's staff.

We found this hotel one the very best that we have stayed anywhere in Spain. The most important thing in any business are the people that represent you. The staff from the chambermaid right up to the Front desk staff made our stay wonderful. Special thanks to the head receptionist, Tere, who made everything easy and special for us. We would like to add that the décor, following the Gaudi style , will remain with us as a lovely memory. We will certainly return for another stay.

Front of house could not do too much for us, fantastic. bicycle friendly storage indoors. Breakfast to die for, very high quality food, try the fresh fruit before the full cooked. fantastic views from terrace. right were all the action is but quite and peaceful. a real Spanish feel. to quote a local we met, this is were all the posh people go, but very reasonably priced, will defiantly go back for longer next time.

No tea/coffee making facilities but this seems the norm in Spain.

very friendly and very helpful staff. our car had a problem and the lady at the reception when we arrived arranged an excellent mechanic to have a look at it. there is a definite value for money factor regarding this hotel. it was not one of the more expensive hotels we stayed at during our trip, but it was more than adequate. the room was big enough, it was comfortable, and there was an extra room where we could leave our baggage. the wireless internet was fine and, all and all, if i were to drop in on tossa de mar again, i would have no hesitation in staying there.

the room we stayed in was onto the square, therefore, it might be a bit noisy in the summer. this wasn't an issue while we were there though. therefore, i would have to say that there was nothing i didn't like.

Great price for early booking. The best location for access to all attractions in Tossa. Intially seaview room bed was not suitable for my wife and myself but room was quickly changed the following day without fuss. Great breakfast in the courtyard and one of the best on our travels. Hotel is a truly great find for character and facility.

Teri was most helpfull. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, in a great location. Try to get a room at the front, we really enjoyed our stay , and would go back. A visit to the Dali museum in Figures is a must. Conal & lorraine, ireland

Imagining what the splendour of this hotel used to be like. It is still a beautiful hotel, excellently located, good price for what you have, with a spectacular view, and nice courtyard, private space, accomodating and friendly staff, etc.

It was noisy at night (felt like furniture was being moved around) and the room, though comfortable, felt just a little outdated. Not sure why, but it was also challenging to get wifi.

Bar/Restaurant closed in the evening so that only (very strong) coffee, fruit and croissants were available in the evening. Providing a bar service would mean guests would make use of the wonderful lounge areas. Quite a walk to the free parking, otherwise nearby parking very expensive.

The hotel is in a beautiful, restored building. The Reception area is luxurious, wonderfully restored. The employees are very nice (a blond lady and a Bulgarian man). The location is perfect - a few minutes from the sea, in the historical area of the city.

Although spacious, as opposed to the style of the entire building, the hotel rooms are ugly, with cheap, mass produced furniture and curtains. Just a little effort in decorating the rooms would have made the difference. But, unfortunately, it spoils everything about this hotel

We liked everything. This hotel was the real pearl of Tossa de Mar. Good location, very friendly, kindly and hearty staff (in particular - Tere), a quiet big rooms with balcony and sea view.

The only negative I would give it was that, since breakfast was included, the wait staff were very disorganized and not very efficient.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were so helpful. I can't put into words the experience at Hotel Diana. i would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely stay there again. This hotel should be 5*!!

Terry in reception was just a smile and very, very serviceminded. We got ice for our GT in the lounge everynigth and we where very happy. Slso the cl;eaner of our room was exellent. The location was the best

The waiter for breakfast was nearly hopeless. He said one morning that we where to late to have English Breakfast, because we where to late. He time was only 10 o clock and I have to send him to the kitchen and ask for the time. He later appolygise for his mistake.

The big ditch in front of the beach...this is an eye sore for Tossa and should be gotten rid of.

I liked the hotel decor it was just beautiful. We had a sea view room which was really big ,almost like 3 rooms the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good you could choose hot or cold and coffee and cakes were available all day free of charge.

I thought from the photos on the website that when I was getting a sea view room it would have a terrace but unfortunately not.also you are not on the beach you are across the road which also has a deep channel running along all of tossa de mar. There was no information leaflets in the reception area or bedrooms so you had to ask at reception for everything and this was sometimes hard as there was only one receptionist at all times.

The character of the house, which has been preserved and is very interesting. It was warm, had English TV channels, the staff were very friendly. You can use the sitting rooms to relax. Good breakfast (including bacon and eggs) was provided, as well as afternoon coffee. Good size bedroom and bathroom. There's also a sun terrace with loungers.

Rooms looked more like a hospital ward. Walls were paper thin and even the seagulls could be heard as if they were inside the room. Parking was not convenient and quite expensive.
