Apartments are arranged in semi-detached houses and can accommodate up to 8 people. Each one comes with a lounge which opens onto a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the sun in privacy. You can also prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
The resort centre is set 400 metres from the apartments, and the marina is 700 metres away. Here you will find a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. Beyond L'Estartit you can explore the amazing, green countryside of the Baix Empordà region.

Near Torroella, L’Estartit was a fishermen’s district until the 19th century.
Today it is a popular holiday destination with a bustling marina. The archipelago of seven small islands, known as the Medes Islands, constitutes an important ecological reserve and a hugely popular destination among divers. It features a protected coral reserve and glass-bottom boats travel back and forth to the islands.
North of L’Estartit, where the Montgrí massif meets the sea, rise the highest cliffs in Catalonia (100 metres high) with navigable tunnels such as La Foradada, only accessible by sea and hiking trails.
To the south, at the mouths of the Ter and Daró rivers, hikers can enjoy spectacular trails through salt lakes and mobile dunes.

The location was beautiful, it was 5 minutes away from the beach, there was a supermarket and cafe close by too. The area is very quiet and calm. The staff were so rude, particularly one of the members. Everything closed so early,(Mondays everywhere is closed) public transport is very inefficient, there was no heating in the house at all, so avoid this place unless its 30+ degrees. It was hard to communicate unless you know Spanish. |

Хорошее месторасположение. до пляжа минут 5 ходьбы. На кухне было всё - кастрюли, сковородки, чайник, кофеварка обычная и эспрессо, много разнокалиберной посуды. Мы были в домике №3, наши окна выходили на бассейн. Погода была очень хорошая 22-25 градусов. Вода в бассейне бес хлорки и проточная. Дети там плескались каждый день. У бассейна много лежаков нет кухонных полотенец и нет ничего для мытья посуды. нужно привозить с собой или покупать на месте. |

Het appartement bevind zich slechts een een paar honderd meter van het strand en het stadje dus ideaal gelegen en erg rustig , om de hoek zijn verschillende restaurants en winkels . Het app. heeft een ruim balkon met voldoende stoelen ook is er een zeer ruime garage en eigen parkeerplaats voor het app., er is een grote kluis aanwezig in een van de kamers en beddengoed is inbegrepen. Het zwembad ligt direct bij het app. En er zijn voldoende bedden om op te liggen Het app. is vrij slecht onderhouden , verschillende lampen werkten niet en het sanitair in de keuken laat helemaal te wensen over . Er zijn 2 badkamers maar de douches kunnen niet op hetzelfde moment gebruikt worden , ook lekt het bad en uit de douchekop komt niet al te veel water. Op de bedden liggen matrassen waarvan de vering zelfs voor hele lichte mensen goed voelbaar is dus slaapt niet best |

Eran muy espaciosos, nuestro apartamento tenía capacidad para 8 personas (4 habitaciones) y dos baños. La piscina muy bien para dar servicio a las 8 villas. La ubicación es muy buena (cerca del centro del pueblo, unos 20 minutos andando y a 5 minutos de la playa y de los supermercados). Lo recomendaría para una familia o un grupo numeroso de amigos, ya que si son pocas personas es demasiado grande y buscaría algo más pequeño y en mejores condiciones. Fantástica la barbacoa. La limpieza, los baños eran muy antiguos y dejaban bastante que desear. En cuanto a los utensilios de la cocina, harían falta que repusieran algunas piezas que están muy deterioradas o faltan. |

Мы были в начале мая, заплатили 370 евро за 10 дней-9 ночей и в целом остались очень довольны. В городе практически нет русских, больше всего французов, за ними следуют испанцы и голландцы. Сам городок уютный и доброжелательный, после 8 вечера вообще пусто, так что не для любителей молодежных мест и ночной жизни. При этом, достаточно кафе, магазинов и супермаркетов, также нет проблем с 7 до 21 добраться до Жироны-Барселоны и т.д. В городе великолепный огромный песочный пляж, долгий мелкий (по пояс) заход в воду и остров в километре от берега. На западе, в 5 минутах ходу начинается подъем в гору, доступный даже для детей от 8-10 лет, людей мало и великолепные виды на все стороны света. Порт города также достоин внимания. В городе около 50 ресторанов на любой вкус. Аппартаменты располагаются в 4-5 минутах ходьбы от моря, по дороге есть крупный супермаркет и "ресепшн" (сотрудница другого отеля на пол-ставки) тоже по дороге. Мы были в вилле номер 2. Обширная площадь, 100-120 квадратных метров, с удобной гостиной с камином, террасой и балконом (и то, и другое на втором этаже). Достаточно посуды, постельного белья и одеял. Стиральная машина была ок. Можно делать гриль как на маленьком участке у дома, так и на террасе. Местоположение великолепно для детей, так как очень тихо, есть двое качелей и горка. Два санузла, на каждом этаже - не очень удобных, но чистых. В одной из комнат имеется двухэтажная детская кровать (170 см). В остальных комнатах по 2 кровати-полуторки. Вообще, весь город, пляж и вилла располагает к релаксации и великолепному времяпрепровождению под солнцем и дома у камина. Никто нигде не выскакивает с предложениями чего-то купить (сувенир, экскурсию, сделать фото, погладить обезьяну, поцеловать питона и т.д.). Активный отдых: можно поплавать, подняться в гору, поехать на экскурсии из порта. Любителям перепробовать за одну поездку все возможное + вести активную ночную жизнь здесь делать нечего. Нет полотенец, чайника и сама кухня с рабочей поверхностью скорее "дополнительное удобство" нежели полноценная функциональная комната: маленькая рабочая поверхность, старенький холодильник, только 2 конфорки, неудобная планировка, нет места для сушки посуды. Вобщем, стимулирует питаться в городке. Мощности бака хватает реально одному, чтобы искупаться в душе вволю, или троим - экономно, особенно с учетом того, что вода из бака идет и на кухню. На 8 человек надо планировать 3-4 фазы подогрева. Пол каменный, холодный (было так в мае), поэтому с ползающими детьми надо продумывать дополнительные подстилки. Надо следить за окнами и дверьми, т.к. легко возникает сквозняк. На уборку рассчитывать нельзя, хотя и при отъезде убирать необязательно. Отсутствуют многие элементарные принадлежности, напр.: быт. химия, мочалки-тряпки, соль, зажигалка, веник. Одним словом, кто едет за хорошим настроением - получит его сполна в приятной обстановке; но ищущим обслуги и гламура не понравится. |

Bonne situation du logement, endroit calme (du moins en avril), plage à proximité, logement spacieux, piscine, système de récupération des clés quand la réception est fermée, personnel agréable et serviable Logement froid et humide en début de saison (ca prend bien 2/3 jours pour qu'il soit agréable à vivre), couverture poussiéreuse, petit ballon d'eau chaude par rapport au nombre de personnes du logement, entrée de garage difficilement accessible avec un véhicule break, cuisine peu équipée |
