Bungalows Turismar Village are a 5-minute drive from Tossa de Mar Beach, on the Costa Brava. The wooden chalet-style bungalow complex has a seasonal outdoor pool and free parking.
All bungalows have a furnished porch and feature wooden floors and a private bathroom. There is a living room with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and coffee maker.
The Turismar Village complex has a mini-market with drinks and other basic products. There is also a snack bar/restaurant and a barbecue area with free access.
Guests can play table tennis and billiards in the games room. Children have their own playground. WiFi is available in the restaurant, bar and furnished terrace, for an extra charge.
A laundry service and luggage storage are offered at Bungalows Turismar. There is a tour desk, and the complex is on the GI681 Main Road. Girona Airport is 30 minutes’ drive away.
Bungalows Turismar Village is in Tossa de Mar
Imagine a place where travelling through time, back to the past. Tossa de Mar is something like an outdoor museum. Its prehistoric remains from roman Turissa go through the medieval Tursa into modern Tossa. Once a meeting point for intellectuals (Marc Chagall, Picasso), now a very beloved touristic destination, Tossa de Mar is one of the most beautiful village in the Costa Brava.
Tossa de Mar is one of those typical coastal towns of the Empordà, where we find the pines growing and reaching sea, almost touching the water.
Tossa's economy, some centuries ago, was based on the cork and wine industry. However, the filming of 'Pandora' in 1950 (starring Ava Gardner), parallel to the beginning of the village as a tourist destination on the Costa Brava, turned this beautiful coastal location into one of the best known around the world. For this reason tourism has become the main economic engine of the town during last decades.
Tossa's origins are pre-Roman. Known as Turissa, it enjoys an exceptional geographic location, situated between Lloret de Mar (south) and Sant Feliu de Guixols (north). To get there you must take the road GI-682, which passes through the two mentioned locations. Both coming from Lloret and from Sant Feliu, the views from the road are fantastic. It is almost obligatory stop at one of the many panoramic viewpoints marked through the edge of the road to watch and take pictures of the views of the creeks that are visible from there. Through this way you can access beautiful and spectacular beaches such as Cala Giverola, Cala del Senyor Raimon, Cala Vallpresona, Cala Canyet, etc.
From Roman times Tossa still keeps the villa of Els Ametllers, located in av. of Pelegri, 3-5, near the Torre de Sant Magí (St. Magí Tower). Discovered by Dr. Ignasi Melee in 1914, it has its origin in the first century BC and was inhabited until the sixth century AD. It's really a great honor to Tossa to have one of the best towns in the former province of Tarraco, which has survived until today. In els Ametllers the owners cultivated grapes and exported wine to the rest of the Roman Empire. It is therefore a classic example of farming in the Mediterranean area dominated by the Romans.
Already in the center of town, you have to visit the walled enclosure, which is exactly the Vila Vella de Tossa. Listed as National Historic-Artistic Monument by the Spanish government, its walls now represent the only example of a fortified medieval town on the Catalan coast. It is composed of seven watchtowers (including, for example, d'en Joan, Codolar and Heures).
It is highly recommended to walk through the streets of this small walled area and get to the Faro de Tossa (Tossa Lighthouse), which overlooks a magnificent view of the rocky coastline south of village.
Tossa Lighthouse (1917), located on the highest part of the Vila Vella de Tossa has become the Lighthouse Interpretation Centre (Centro de Interpretación de Faros) of our coastline. This innovative equipment in the museum domain is a point of reference for all those interested in the world of maritime signals. It is an audiovisual center, adapted to visitors in several languages that teaches us the history and the different technologies used in the world of lighthouses and the lifestyle of their guardians, the lighthouse keepers. The space devoted to museum gives us the chance to see different parts of this maritime heritage.
Outside the Walls, bounded by the streets Portal and Estolt, you find the district of Sa Roqueta, a traditional place of fishermen formed in the first stage of Tossa urban expansion, back in the XVI century. Further, following the street Portal, is the commercial center of town.
The walk along the seafront of Tossa, from the walls to the beach of Mar Menuda is also a nice experience. This tour will allow you to enjoy the sea and the spectacular views of the Cape of Tossa and the fortified ancient villa previously described.
The Municipal Museum, housed in the Batlle Palace, bears testimony to the passage through Tossa of Marc Chagall, André Masson, Joaquim Sunyer and other painters captivated by this landscape.
Tossa boasts fine beaches such as Llorell and Morisca, and one of the most beautiful stretches on this coastline: the road to Sant Feliu de Guíxols (twenty-five kilometres of bend after bend) through the coves of Salions, Futadera, Giverola and Pola.

Spacious, great bungalow. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace in the middle of the woods. Beds are good. The pool is a massive 33 meters long, and clean! It was great to be in the woods and yet so close to Tossa (2km from beach). A memorable stay. As can be expected from countryside, some ants and flies. No Wifi. Everything is paid extra for (blankets, towels) or not present at all (washing up liquid, toilet paper), and facilities are a little bit dated (no tv, only two pits on hob) which makes it a bit pricey. Still a lovely site though! |

Personal deplorable, antipatico y machista. (Especialmente, el encargado, aunque el que está en recepción se desentiende de todo,..) Lugar: Casa de madera, apartada, con un olor a pis en toda la casa, inaguantable. Sucio. Además del precio del alquiler de la casa, 128€, te exigen un deposito de 100/150€ en metálico!!! Sin decir nada previamente y sin aceptar la tarjeta! Unfriendly staff (The boss, the worst). The place is dirty, it smells pee all around. Apart from the price it costs, they demand a deposit of 100/150 € in cash!!! Be carefull with them!! None of the instructions or signs are in English but that was expected. Also it doesn't mention you need to bring your own washing up liquid and soap. |

The most amazing thing about the site is the location though, right up in the hills but only a short walk to the beach, feels really wild and you can see Nightjar's and Golden oriole's on site! hice la reserva viendo unas fotos preciosas de un camping que no he visto en la realidad. No sólo porque no hubiera nadie, ni porque la piscina estuviera vacia y en un regular estado, si no por todo en general, ni cafetería, ni columpios en condiciones, ni tele, ni una persiana...pasamos frio por la noche. Y eso que cogí una oferta que me la presentaban como u super chollo , de un camping de primera categoría y ahora que me he informado sé que hay campings de segunda y tercera categoría que están muchísimo mejor. Il n'a pas beaucoup des choses que j'ai apprécie, peut-être le fait qu'il y a des mobilhomes spacieuses pour les familles plus nombreuses. C'est un camping low cost avec des équipements low cost, routes low cost, entretien low cost, piscine low cost, etc. Les routes dans le camping sont en pante, il y a des gens qui touchent lors voitures en dessus. Il y a peu d’asphalte et le peu existent a des trous. La piscine (la seule) est grande mais sale, il font le nettoyage a la main un peu le matin, pas de robots qui travaillent pendant la nuit. J'ai eu des milliers des fourmis - heureusement des petits, si j'oubliais le reste d'un fruit sur la table le matin je trouvais une armée autour. J'ai était piqué par eux, pareils mes enfants. Autre défaut: loin des plages, il faut alors prendre la voiture, pas des parkings gratuites donc une trentaine d'euros par jour. Camping pour les animaux: oui. Plage pour les animaux: NON, tous les plages sont interdites pour les animaux, conforme au Office de Tourisme il faut aller a 80km pour une plage qui accepte les animaux! |

Cuando miro la reserva me dice que tengo las sábanas incluidas y cuando llego a recepción me dicen que no y ni si quiera quieren mirar mi reserva. Me dicen que la culpa la tiene booking, me chillan y me llaman tozuda. Imperdonable si trabajas de cara al público, yo también soy recepcionista de hotel. El bungalow tenía una invasión de hormigas y encima había un paquete de spaghettis abierto de los clientes anteriores. El personal muy mal exceptuando a la gobernanta que la felicito por el traro que nos dió, pero lo demás muy mal, no se le puede chillar a un cliente ni faltarle al respeto. |

El precio y la piscina (aunque esta no es como en las fotos... es peor). Los bungalows no son nada confortables. El trato personal es nefasto, indigno. Nos trataron muy mal, nada amables y nos ponían dificultades en todo, sobretodo a la hora de devolver la fianza. Poca limpieza y las camas nada confortables. (samozřejmě při uvedení této informace bychom si tento kemp vůbec nevybrali) |

El bungalow y la ubicacion no estan mal No pude acceder al bungakow hasta las 15:00 de la tarde a pesar de que el señor estaba alli a las 13:00 cuando llegamos nos dijo que la recepcion cerraba de 13:00 a 15:00. me cobraron 12 euros por cuatro toallas super viejas y sucias, Los caminos son de tierra y no los regaron en toda la semana cada vez que pasaba un coche se levantaba una nube de polvo tremenda. En la piscina no hay hamacas en cuanto hay unas pocas personas tienes que sentarte en el suelo. No hay piscina infantil. |

Me ha encantado la tranquilidad del camping. En ningún momento nos han despertado gritos de niños o demás gente. A su vez, todo estaba muy limpio y la vegetación muy cuidada. También destacar que el precio de los productos vendidos en el supermercado del propio camping no son para nada caros, cosa que sí sucede en la mayoría de campings en los que he estado. Y por último, destacar la excelsa piscina, muy grande y muy bien cuidada. A su vez, el buen trato dipensado por los socorristas es algo que también me gustaria dejar claro en este comentario. En todo momento estuvieron atentos a nuestras peticiones. Quizás la entrada al camping no está del todo bien señalizada, encontrándotela demasiado de sopetón. Es lo unico que podría destacar negativamente, ya que todo lo demás está genia. Ninguna queja. |

Entorno agradable y muy tranquilo. Cerca de Tossa y de la playa aunque hay que coger el coche para llegar. La atención del personal de cara al público. Te tratan como si el cliente fuesen ellos, y anteponen sus criterios a las necesidades y voluntades del cliente. Me cambiaron los bungalows que tenía reservados por otros de categoría superior, sin contar con mi opinión, y cuando les dije que prefería lo que había contratado ya los habían asignado a otros. |

En general bien, limpieza, muy cerca de Tossa, tranquilidad, buenas instalaciones, piscina, barbacoa, cocina bien equipada, totalmente recomendable para familias. Quizas lo malo es que hay muchas pendientes, no hay tostadora, no hay television, tienes que llevar toallas propias y que las sabanas te las dan cuando llegas y tienes que ponerlas tu. |

El bungalow era para 4-6 personas y estaba muy bien. Las instalaciones correctas. Has de dejar el coche aparcado un poco lejos del bungalow lo que lo hace un poco incomodo para llevar las cosas. El personal de recepcion no se entera mucho, tienes que ir preguntándoles tu todo. La zona de barbacoas es pequeña, solo hay dos para todos. |

La ubicación es buena, enseguida se llega a Tossa de Mar o a las playas/calas cercanas en coche. Andando se puede llegar a Tossa. Éramos 5 y nos dieron un bungalow para 6 muy cómodo, parecía muy nuevo y estaba perfectamente equipado con menaje y electrodomésticos. El lavabo y la ducha están separados del wc. El bungalow dispone de un calefactor pero no de aire acondicionado, aunque es una zona fresca y por la noche pese a ir en Julio no hacía calor, por la tarde con sol sí se notaba. |

El bungalow, lo bien cuidado, nuevo, amplio para 5 personas. Nos concedieron uno más grande del que teníamos contrado al mismo precio. Tranquilo. Falta de algunos elementos básicos en el bungalow (mantel, fregaplatos,...). Se necesita el coche para llegar a la ciudad. |

Es un sitio maravilloso al que volveria a ir. El trato del personal ha sido excelente. Este mes de Junio esta muy tranquilo y te despiertas escuchando los pajaritos del bosque. Hay poca actividad nocturna y el bar cierra a las 10 de la noche.Si quieres un lugar miy tranquilo es el indicado. |

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Nos dieron un bungalow para 6 personas habiendo reservado para 2, podiamos escoger donde dormir! El personal de recepcion fue muy atento. Todo genial! La cercanía a Tossa, la tranquilidad del lugar, rodeado de bosque. Supongo que por que aun no era temporada, estaba todo muy vacío y dejado, lo único que estaba abierto era el bar. Nos dieron un bungalow arriba del todo, con lo que no pudieron utilizar los niños mucho las bicis, debido a las cuestas. |
