The apartment is in a modern apartment block "Nautic" with 5 storeys. It is in the district of Club Nautic, 300 m from the centre of Empuriabrava with excellent location. It is right in the centre but still quiet, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, located by a road.

The apartment complex is in a very good position in the middle of the yacht harbour with pretty pedestrian zone, boutiques, bars, restaurants and many terraces. A swimming pool (extra) is situated in the sports centre which is part of the complex.
It is a 3-room apartment (80 m2) on 2nd floor. It has a living/dining room with open fireplace and TV and with exit to the balcony. There are two rooms each room with 1 french bed and exit to the terrace. The open kitchen has 4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer and a bar. There are also a Bath/bidet/WC, a shower/WC and a separate WC. The large terrace is of 80 m2. You can also enjoy the panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the countryside and the port.
