These apartments are especially designed for families and form part of the Guitart Central Park Resort & Spa, right in the center of Lloret de Mar.
The apartments are fully-equipped and have terraces. They are surrounded by grounds and all the services of the main hotel complex. Relax at the end of a long day in the sun and on the beach in the Spa Gem center or alternatively, get involved in a sports activity. The little ones of the house can enjoy themselves in one of the 3 entertainment clubs in the complex.

Lloret de Mar is a tourist village on the south Costa Brava with so many services as Platja d'Aro. However, the conversion of Lloret into one of the main resorts on the Costa Brava has not made it forget its own origins, which are brilliantly preserved and that are shown proudly to those wishing to spend their holidays in this extraordinary zone of the coast.
What was once a fishing village that developed on a long beach stretching from Sa Caravera to Sa Caleta has changed considerably. The town also features beaches (Cala Canyelles and Sa Somera to the north, and Fenals and Santa Cristina to the south), period houses on the seafront promenade, a boat procession held in July during which flower-decked boats carry the relics of Santa Cristina, and history showcased in the Museum of the Sea, located in the Indiano (i.e. built with money made in the Americas) building known as Can Garriga and containing an extensive collection of model ships. Lloret, a popular tourist destination among English and German young people, has a large concentration of accommodation options and tourist facilities, including a casino. An impressively large Roman tomb is found at the entrance
to the town.
The offer of Lloret de Mar aimed at those who love beaches and creeks is generous. Next to the center of town is Lloret Beach (Platja de Lloret), the longest in the village. Getting to it will be very easy, even if by car, since parking is available opposite the beach. This is a beach of fine white sand that has all the necessary facilities for bathers: sun beds and umbrellas rentals, water skiing, kayaking, restaurants, showers, etc.
Another beach, a little out of the center is Cala Canyelles, accessible from the road to Tossa de Mar. It is the only beach in Lloret de Mar that has a port. It's also covered by white sand, so typical in the Costa Brava as the golden sand, and is surrounded by a thick forest of pines, which makes this environment very attractive.
Other beaches of Lloret de Mar, also well-known, are Fenals Beach (Platja de Fenals, that can be reached by a coast walkway), Sa Caleta Beach, Boadella Creek, Santa Cristina Beach (the latter situated between two hills, is protected from wind and waves, so it is a very sheltered beach) and Treumal Beach.
The center also offers some important points of interest that worth a visit. Next to Boadella Creek on a cliff line, you can find Santa Clotilde Gardens, designed in Italian Renaissance style and that has a certain resemblance to the Boboli or Giusti ones, in Italy.
Other sites of interest are the Sant Joan Castle (the interior can be visited), the Casa Cabañas, the Monument of Apollo and Daphne, the Source of Canaletas, the Sardana monument, and the monument to the to the Sailor's Wife, located in the southern part of Playa de Lloret.

Nice playground for children. It's 15 minutes walking from city center so it's quiet and there is close to the beach (not the main one, so it's also less people there and no cars). The furnitures were old not so clean. Wi-fi in the rooms is free only for 20 minutes. Smell of chlorine was too intensive in the bathroom. Blankets smelled not so good. |

Le prix et l accès aux équipements de l hotel. Pas de bruit car nous étions en mars et les appartements voisinant étaient inoccupés. En été ce doit être l enfer! La personne de l accueil était charmante et parle très bien le francais. Appartement plus que vétuste, le canapé aurait besoin d être changé rapidement tellement sale qu on ose s'y assoire. La télécommande de la télé est hs. Le frigo mérite de prendre sa retraite.. Il est épuisé !! Sans parle des rideaux qui sont d une couleur non identifiee......en bref pour un weekend c est suffisant pour plus : passer votre chemin |

Отель имеет 4 корпуса, первые три стандартный отель 3 звезды, я выбрал аппартаменты, это 4 корпус. Цена конечно была смешная. но за это нужно было смирится с неудобствами. Не убирают, белье не меняют, Нет кондиционера, даже вентилятора. Все моющие средства для кухни, салфетки. бумагу для туалета, после стартового вселения нужно покупать самим. Пляж не далеко 5 минут, но дорога туда по спуску. а вот обратно подъем, хотя потратив 1,4 евро можно в объезд поднятся на автобусе. Автобусная станция 10 мину.. столько же супермаркеты.На первом этаже 4 корпуса есть хороший не дорогой спа. На территории есть 4 басейна. один детские с подогревом. Очень грязная территория. не ухоженный сад, бассейн я не разу не видел. что бы чистили. Мой сын поднимал со дна бассейна стаканы, пакеты. и прочую упаковочную тару. |

по цене из минимальных на день бронирования. круглосуточная регистрация. не было дополнительных платежей. относительно близко к пляжу. отсутствие кондиционера. дырявые шторы, какие-то козявки бегали под раскладной кроватью, которая скрипела и брякала. все кухонные сковородки и кастрюли сгаревшие. очень-очень медленный, но все же бесплатный wi-fi. ну и как повезет с соседями, у нас пару дней были упитые французы, которые ночью пытались вышибить себе дверь в номер, т.к. не могли туда попасть. |

appartement er was kook gerief enzovoort en het was budgetvriendelijk aangezien we jong waren Er word amper gekuist maar anders is het wel goed maar aangezien wij jonge kerels waren storen wij ons hier niet aan maar is zeker geen aanrader voor jonge gezinnen! Het was een zogezegd 4 persoonskamer wij kwamen daar toe en het was gewoon de zetel die uitgeklapt was in 2 bedden dat vond ik wel schandalig |

nous avons séjourne dans les appartements du Guitard IV;Le premier appartement était insalubre ( odeur de vomi, ménage pas fait , fenêtre cassé, canapé digne d'une décharge); un scandale. Nous avons demandé à changer ou nous partions; le deuxième appartement était propre excepté le sol. cet hôtel est très limite avec une grande disparité entre les chambres. bien pour des étudiants, pas pour des familles. Manque d'équipements dans l'appartement vu le contexte et le prix (ex : pas de bouilloire, vaisselle très limitée) .. A l'arrivée obligés de réclamer des serviettes pour 4 et des verres. |

La serviabilité du personnel qui a accepté de rembourser les nuits prépayées quand nous avons décidé de ne pas séjourner dans l'établissement qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville et laplage. Etablissement situé dans une cité d'immeubles, balcons en vis à vis...et logement très désuet,ameublement vieux et endommagé (table taguée, mobilier usé et en mauvais état....), équipement très insuffisant (4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, pas de tire bouchon..) et gros problème d'insonorisation (groupes de jeunes fêtards une grande partie de la nuit la nuit) |
