In Palafrugell visitors can see the birthplace of the writer Josep Pla (1897-1981) and stroll through the old quarter surrounding the Church of Sant Martí and the market, selling much of the region’s fine produce.
Palafrugell’s past is linked to the prosperity brought by the cork industry, testimony to which is the interesting Cork Museum. In addition, the old cork factory, Can Mario, displays a noteworthy collection of contemporary art.

La dueña es muy amable, habitaciones cómodas y confortables, nada más entrar a la habitación se notaba la calefacción, cosa de agradecer en un día fresco. El acceso en coche a la calle se cierra a las 21 horas, si vas muy cargado de equipaje puede ser un engorro. Hay parquing público en la plaza de al lado. |

El conjunto arquitectonico y sobretodo la entrada es precioso!! El trato familiar!! Que estuviera abierto en enero!! Detalles como agua,galletas,bombones.. Al ser muy centrico es dificil aparcar!...aunque hay muy cerca una zona azul |
