These bright, air-conditioned apartments offer free Wi-Fi. They are located a 2-minute walk from Es Poal Beach, in the charming Costa Brava village of Cadaqués.
Featuring a modern and simple décor, each Cadaqués Apartaments boasts a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine, clothes dryer and iron facilities are also provided.
Various restaurants, bars as well as supermarkets can be found in the surrounding area. Parking is possible on site for an extra cost.
Cadaqués Art Museum is only 600 metres away and Salvador Dalí’s home in Portlligat is a 15-minute walk away. Staff can provide information about Cadaqués and the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve.

Cadaqués is the focal point of the Cap de Creus peninsula, which is an outstanding maritime and terrestrial natural park on account of the diversity of the marine species found there and the shapes of its rocks sculpted by the Tramuntana wind. All round the Cap de Creus, which faces over the Gulf of Lions, are inaccessible islets, cliffs and coves. Though the waters look calm, sea goers have nicknamed it “the Devil’s Cape” and it abounds in tales of shipwrecks and rescues.
The outlines of the rocks (which Dalí described as “a grandiose geological delirium”) inspired his well-known pictures with double images. The views from the lighthouse (built in 1850 on the site of an old watchtower) have been used in various films, including The Light at the Edge of the World (1971), directed by Kevin Billington and starring Kirk Douglas and Yul Brynner.
In the last centuries being a fishing village, it was from the 50's when Cadaqués was opened universally. It has been visited by a large number of artists throughout the twentieth century: Picasso, Matisse, Max Ernst and Federico García Lorca (invited by Dali himself to his home when they were young students in Madrid). The streets of the fishing village, which for centuries suffered from pirate raids, the characteristic brand of Catalan spoken by the local people, the whitewashed houses, and the atmosphere of freedom still make it unique.
The geographical location of Cadaqués is just outstanding. Its bay is the largest natural harbor in the Costa Brava. Often the boats moored in it are of enormous dimensions. As we arrive to the village we cross the National Park of Cape Creus, a small peninsula that sits on a geological fault with more than 400 million years old. Today the park is classified by authorities as a protected natural environment.
Portlligat beach is near Cadaqués, just over a kilometer. It still seems as it was painted by the great Salvador Dalí : narrow and surrounded by rocks ...but who looks Cadaqués just for its beach? The village is full of cultural attractions that visitors can not miss. First, the Home-Museum of Salvador Dali, also in Portlligat, the first vertex that forms the Dalí triangle (made also by Púbol Castle and the Theatre-Museum Dalí in Figueres). Cadaqués center also houses several art galleries and the church of Santa Maria, from the seventeenth century, late Gothic styled, surrounded by numerous small streets that go to the beach. Cadaqués Museum has works made by Dali and other artists. Inside the Church of Santa Maria is a magnificent Baroque altarpiece, and a walk along the seafront to the small lighthouse of Cala Nans is an unforgettable experience.
Cadaqués is also a village of coffee and bars next to the beach. The old quarter is full of trendy shops and craft workshops. From Easter it begins to fill with tourists.
Undoubtedly Cadaqués is a must for anyone wishing to know the essence of the Costa Brava and especially the Dali Universe.

Très propre et moderne. Le personnel gentil et dispo. Attention mieux vaut bien parler espagnol ou l'anglais j'imagine aussi pour communiquer avec le personnel sur place. Einrichtung, Sauberkeit! Übergabe der Schlüssel ist leider schief gegangen. Mussten noch einmal nach Roses fahren (Nach 10 Stunden Anreise..) da niemand uns vor Ort in Empfang nahm. Sehr mühsam! Dabei hatten wir unsere Ankunft per E-Mail angekündigt und zeitlich sehr gut eingehalten. Rezeptionistin im Camping von Roses wenig hilfreich. (Übergabe hat im zweiten Anlauf geklappt, zuständige Person vor Ort war dann sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!) Anfahrt in diesem Dorf mit grösserem Wagen - auch mit GPS - äusserst mühsam! Garage ziemlich eng. Zufahrt sehr mühsam. |

Tranquil.litat, molt ben ubicat (prop del centre), nou,... Flexibilitat en l'hora de sortida. Vam llogar un apartament per 6 persones, i només hi havia tovalloles i llençols per 4 persones. Van tardar un dia a portar-nos els llençols i tovalloles que ens faltaven! Poca flexibilitat en l'horari d'entrada. A partir de les 20h cobren suplement. |

Parament de la llar nova, decoració moderna, tot nou I agradable. Espai petit, finestra a peu de carrer, carrer estret amb poca llum. Parking de difícil acces en carrer estret I amb pendent. A la reserva a través de Booking posava que entrada a les 16:00 I sortida a les 12:00 I en arribar ens van fer signar un paper que la sortida era a les 10:00 hores. |

Las calidades del apartamento eran correctas. Las fotos del apartamento colgadas en la web no correspondían exactamente a la realidad.Nos dieron el piso N.4 (cama doble y un sofá cama)y nos encontramos con un patio interior como unica fuente de iluminación y ventilación del cubiculo.Un patio interior que no era tal porque el suelo era una rejilla metalica que en realidad era la salida de humos del parking situado debajo.Por tanto la iluminación era escasa y la ventilación nula.Además nos encontramos con la puerta de la nevera rota, es decir, que no cerraba bien.Lo comunicamos a las 3 horas de llegar y a los 5 dias nos enviarón un carpintero que no sólo no solucionó el problema,sino que le arreó varios golpes,agravandolo.Así que,embarazada de 8 meses y buscando relax,sólo encontré incomodidades. |

Hay poca luz natural en el apartamento y es muy difícil a aparcar un coche grande en su garaje. Nos ha resultado muy cómodo el depto. Alquilamos uno de dos dormitorios y nos hospedamos 2 adultos y tres niños. La cocina muy bien equipada, comoda; lavadero aparte con lavarropas y separado secarropas. Ideal cuando uno viaja con niños. Wifi funcionando sin problema. Cerca de la playa y acceso directo con el auto El baño esta nuevo y prolijo pero muy chico para un depto para 5/6 personas. Igual recomiendo este hospedaje. |

Posizione ottima: non avete bisogno di macchina o altri mezzi perchè vicinissimo al centro paese Portatevi la carta igienica il sapone e tutti i prodotti che vi possono servire in bagno: c' è un kit cucina con tanto di spugnette, sacchetti spazzatura e detersivo..niente x il bagno ..bah!
