Gran Hotel Don Juan is in Lloret de Mar
Lloret de Mar is a tourist village on the south Costa Brava with so many services as Platja d'Aro. However, the conversion of Lloret into one of the main resorts on the Costa Brava has not made it forget its own origins, which are brilliantly preserved and that are shown proudly to those wishing to spend their holidays in this extraordinary zone of the coast.
What was once a fishing village that developed on a long beach stretching from Sa Caravera to Sa Caleta has changed considerably. The town also features beaches (Cala Canyelles and Sa Somera to the north, and Fenals and Santa Cristina to the south), period houses on the seafront promenade, a boat procession held in July during which flower-decked boats carry the relics of Santa Cristina, and history showcased in the Museum of the Sea, located in the Indiano (i.e. built with money made in the Americas) building known as Can Garriga and containing an extensive collection of model ships. Lloret, a popular tourist destination among English and German young people, has a large concentration of accommodation options and tourist facilities, including a casino. An impressively large Roman tomb is found at the entrance
to the town.
The offer of Lloret de Mar aimed at those who love beaches and creeks is generous. Next to the center of town is Lloret Beach (Platja de Lloret), the longest in the village. Getting to it will be very easy, even if by car, since parking is available opposite the beach. This is a beach of fine white sand that has all the necessary facilities for bathers: sun beds and umbrellas rentals, water skiing, kayaking, restaurants, showers, etc.
Another beach, a little out of the center is Cala Canyelles, accessible from the road to Tossa de Mar. It is the only beach in Lloret de Mar that has a port. It's also covered by white sand, so typical in the Costa Brava as the golden sand, and is surrounded by a thick forest of pines, which makes this environment very attractive.
Other beaches of Lloret de Mar, also well-known, are Fenals Beach (Platja de Fenals, that can be reached by a coast walkway), Sa Caleta Beach, Boadella Creek, Santa Cristina Beach (the latter situated between two hills, is protected from wind and waves, so it is a very sheltered beach) and Treumal Beach.
The center also offers some important points of interest that worth a visit. Next to Boadella Creek on a cliff line, you can find Santa Clotilde Gardens, designed in Italian Renaissance style and that has a certain resemblance to the Boboli or Giusti ones, in Italy.
Other sites of interest are the Sant Joan Castle (the interior can be visited), the Casa Cabañas, the Monument of Apollo and Daphne, the Source of Canaletas, the Sardana monument, and the monument to the to the Sailor's Wife, located in the southern part of Playa de Lloret.

В общем гвалт, шум, гам в режиме нон-стоп. Номера - пансионат "Дружба" не ремонтированный со времен СССР. Очень аскетично: унитаз, раковина без столешницы в ванной комнате, кровать, тумбочка и пластиковый стул в номере. Мой 9 летний сын отравился во время обеда в первый же день. Этого вполне хватило для переезда в другой отель к вечеру. |

Уборка каждый день, удобное расположение относительно автобусной станции, в центре городка, для пляжного отдыха - далековато для моря, молодой человек с ресепшн по имени Джед (Jed) - просто луч света в этом отеле (особенно по сравнению с другими служащими, не отличающимися особой доброжелательностью), хороший английский, готовность прийти на помощь во всем, если бы не этот чудесный человек, наше пребывание в этом отеле было бы полным кошмаром. Ужасная еда, каждый день одинаковая и просто отвратительная, платный Wi-Fi, слышимость катастрофическая, отель старый и облезлый, ни о каких 3 звездах не может быть и речи, в классическом понимании советский пансионат, бассейн наполнен хлоркой до такой степени, что мы начинали чихать, всего лишь проехав в одном лифте с людьми, которые только что были в бассейне (!) |

La ubicación es genial está en todo el centro de Lloret de Mar pero lo suficiente alejado de la zona de fiesta para poder descansar y a la vez cerca de la playa. La limpieza es muy buena y el ambiente es muy juvenil. El buffet es pesimo, cada dia hay lo mismo tanto para comer como para cenar. La comida de muy baja calidad, preferible pocos platos de comida y calidad a muchos platos y pesimos. Demasiado encarado a los turistas extranjeros. Para cojer una hamaca en la piscina tienes que levantarte a las 6 de la mañana porque los extranjeros llegan de fiesta dejan las toallas no aparecen hasta las 12 y nadie tiene hamacas. |

Le cadre Un véritable hall de gare aux heures de pointes. Un vacarme incessant dans les couloirs d'accès aux chambres à toutes heures du jour comme de la nuit. A déconseiller vivement. Il serait utile d'afficher SILENCE aux accès aux étages, comme le font d'autres hôtels. |

mi habitacion perfecta pues era nueva,pero unas amigas,en el quinto piso,les salio una cucaracha,y una cama bailaba al tocarla. restaurante masificado,en el bar,tienes que ir tu mismo a buscar la consumicion y si te descuidas,se llevan la misma antes de terminarla,pues solo hay un camarero para un bar immenso. |
