Evenia Hotel Montevista is in Lloret de Mar
Lloret de Mar is a tourist village on the south Costa Brava with so many services as Platja d'Aro. However, the conversion of Lloret into one of the main resorts on the Costa Brava has not made it forget its own origins, which are brilliantly preserved and that are shown proudly to those wishing to spend their holidays in this extraordinary zone of the coast.
What was once a fishing village that developed on a long beach stretching from Sa Caravera to Sa Caleta has changed considerably. The town also features beaches (Cala Canyelles and Sa Somera to the north, and Fenals and Santa Cristina to the south), period houses on the seafront promenade, a boat procession held in July during which flower-decked boats carry the relics of Santa Cristina, and history showcased in the Museum of the Sea, located in the Indiano (i.e. built with money made in the Americas) building known as Can Garriga and containing an extensive collection of model ships. Lloret, a popular tourist destination among English and German young people, has a large concentration of accommodation options and tourist facilities, including a casino. An impressively large Roman tomb is found at the entrance
to the town.
The offer of Lloret de Mar aimed at those who love beaches and creeks is generous. Next to the center of town is Lloret Beach (Platja de Lloret), the longest in the village. Getting to it will be very easy, even if by car, since parking is available opposite the beach. This is a beach of fine white sand that has all the necessary facilities for bathers: sun beds and umbrellas rentals, water skiing, kayaking, restaurants, showers, etc.
Another beach, a little out of the center is Cala Canyelles, accessible from the road to Tossa de Mar. It is the only beach in Lloret de Mar that has a port. It's also covered by white sand, so typical in the Costa Brava as the golden sand, and is surrounded by a thick forest of pines, which makes this environment very attractive.
Other beaches of Lloret de Mar, also well-known, are Fenals Beach (Platja de Fenals, that can be reached by a coast walkway), Sa Caleta Beach, Boadella Creek, Santa Cristina Beach (the latter situated between two hills, is protected from wind and waves, so it is a very sheltered beach) and Treumal Beach.
The center also offers some important points of interest that worth a visit. Next to Boadella Creek on a cliff line, you can find Santa Clotilde Gardens, designed in Italian Renaissance style and that has a certain resemblance to the Boboli or Giusti ones, in Italy.
Other sites of interest are the Sant Joan Castle (the interior can be visited), the Casa Cabañas, the Monument of Apollo and Daphne, the Source of Canaletas, the Sardana monument, and the monument to the to the Sailor's Wife, located in the southern part of Playa de Lloret.

The staff in general are super friendly and very helpful.Food was great and delicious, good variety too. The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming. We had a fabulous stay would definitely recommend the hotel, for it is situated close to the beach but away from the busy part of Lloret. Upon arrival they gave us a shabby room but we asked for a room change and without hesitation they moved us to a new one. In my opinion rooms are small. A bit noisy on a weekend due to youngsters but overall we had a fabulous stay, we enjoyed it. |

El personal, nos trataron muy bien y tuvieron la amabilidad de devolvernos el importe de la habitación ya que habíamos reservado por 5 dias y solo nos quedamos uno Uffffff....el hotel bastante regulero, viejete maquillado...pero lo peor el ambiente de Lloret, lleno absolutamente de extranjeros jovenes (20 a 25 años) que lógicamente solo buscan fiesta, alcohol...etc, en fin, que podian haber rodado alli los almondigas en remojo...una lástima ya que lloret no está mal(tampoco es el no va mas).Si no vais en plan fiesta a tope no os recomiendo ni asomaros a Lloret de mar y aun asi...no se no se...de hecho teníamos habitación para 5 dias y nos fuimos al dia siguiente a las 7 de la mañana. |

Останавливались на 10 ночей с ребенком 6 лет, брали питание полупансион. Уютный просторный номер с террасой, наличие возможности питаться по системе "пансион" или "полупансион", не задумываясь о готовке еды. За время отдыха ни разу не было заявленной анимации (развлекательной программы) для детей. Ни разу не менялось постельное белье, хотя полотенца обновлялись каждый день. Много молодежи, которая сильно шумит, на фоне этого гама наша дочка смотрелась сущей тихоней. Расстроило полное! отсутствие напитков на ужине: вода платная, а соков, чая и кофе не было совсем, хотя на завтраке они были регулярно и были бесплатны... |

Хороший отель если повезет с соседями. Завтраки хорошие, до моря 5 мин, рядом супермаркет. В номере уютно, убирают каждый день. Стены просто бумажные, слышно как разговаривают соседи. |

хорошее расположение - не далеко от моря и рядом с супермаркетом; хороший шведский стол (брали завтраки); все номера с балконами. хотя wi-fi и не заявлен в услугах, но он есть на первом этаже. но лучше его бы не было :( работает раз через раз; полное отсутствие звукоизоляции. |

Сложно сказать однозначно. Если вас расселили в малый корпус, то все очень даже хорошо - комфортно, номера большие, даже тонкие стены не мешают. Да, вы слышите, как включают душ в соседних номерах, но что с того? Но вот мы вначале попали на смену мужчины (он там на ресепшене один, остальные женщины) который был занят чем угодно, кроме внимания к новым гостям и на все вопросы был один ответ: "позже", что само по себе уже было не особо приятно. Плюс нас изначально поселили в большой корпус на этаж, где были только подростки (насколько мы поняли, отель часто используется большими группами подростков в качестве летнего лагеря, и утихомиривать ребятишек по ночам явно не входит в обязанности их вожатых), которые громко кричали и перестукивались до 4 утра. Большое спасибо администратору на ресепшн (очень приятная женщина с короткой стрижкой. Имени ее, к сожалению, не помню) за то, что вошла в наше положение и переселила нас в малый корпус рядом. В общем, как-то так. Так что смотрите сами, ехать в Эвению или нет... El personal de limpieza muy amable aunque no daban a sacar todo el trabajo que tenian por todo lo que generaban los grupos grandes de extranjeros... Es un hotel que acoge a muchos grupos grandes de extranjeros y total nerecomendado para ir en plan de descanso, de vacaciones en pareja. Mucho ruido y por tener grupos grandes de extranjeros esto se multiplica. Bastante caro para lo que ofrece y los 3*** no se lo merecen. Holor en las habitaciones, muebles antiguos en especial las puertas que generam un ruido continuo, baños peqeños con duchas sin presion, toallas muy malas como de plastico. Dejas garantia 20€ para un mando que al final tuvimos que devolverle 3 veces por no tener pilas (joder...que lo comprueben ellos antes no). Sin aparcamiento y bastante dificil en descargar o recoger las maletas. Hay que dejar la habitacion antes de las 10.00...! La comida regular y por ser buffet libre repetaban bastante lo mismo con una o otra salsa....TOTAL Nerecomendado para vacaciones en pareja o descanso. |
