Breakfast can be improved, Heating was an issue since the radiator was not able to heat well the entire room when the outside temperature was 1-2 C during the night. The AC would not provide the desired extra heating despite our efforts to set it up (maybe it was our fault). The bathroom does not have heating at all

Hotel encantador situado en el casco histórico del pueblo para disfrutar del silencio nocturno pudiendo antes pasear por las calles tranquilas al anochecer. La recepcionista es muy amable y simpática, nos ayudó mucho para organizar nuestra estancia en la zona.

Отель расположен в центре, что удобно для прогулок, но неудобно для парковки авто. В отеле действительно чисто, общественные зоны оформлены очень просто и "сдержанно", WiFi в общественных зонах работал неплохо, но не везде. Завтрак неплох, но и не хорош.

The receptionist Martha is excellent in helping her guests. She went with us to find the tourguide to join the 6 oclock tour as we were 10 minutes to late so we could join and do the part we missed at the end of the tour.

Localização e atendimento excelente. O quarto é simples, o nosso não tinha a mesma janela-balcão das fotos, era um pouco sem graça, mas o custo-benefício compensou.

Não é que não tenha gostado, mas segue como informação extra: Besalú é muito pequena. Em um dia se caminha toda a cidade.

The girl at the desk was exceptionally nice and spoke excellent English. It was a nice touch that a small breakfast was included.

La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación, aunque pequeña y sin grandes pretensiones, es confortable y la calefacción funciona muy bien. Buen desayuno, a base de embutidos de la zona y algún dulce. En general, excelente relación calidad-precio. Volvería o volveré seguro.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en el centro de Besalú. Es realmente lo que pagas. La limpieza es buena y la decoración y acabados de la habitación son sencillos pero correctos (tv pequeña, plato de ducha en lugar de baño...). El desayuno con embutidos de la zona y pan con tomate estaba muy bien.

El hotel no dispone de servicios más que una minúscula recepción muy desatendida. No hay ningún otro espacio común excepto la cafetería de abajo donde se sirve el desayuno, que no siempre está abierta durante el día.

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta para visitar Besalu a 1 min del centro y 5 del puente Habitacion con ac y Calefacion Comida del Almuerzo muy bueno

Pues la habitacion normalita pero acogedora. Ya que en la calle hacia frio pero gracias a la calefaccion estabamos muy calentitos. La chica que nos atendio muy simpatica. Ademas la ubicacion es extraordinaria.

Difícil de ser encontrado demos sorte de achar um lugar a sua frente para deixar o carro. Café da manhã é oferecido na cafeteria conjugada ao hotel e é bem básico.

La ubicación y la atención de Marta. El colchón era cómodo. Estaba todo muy limpio.

Faltan algunos detalles básicos, como perchero en el baño para colgar las toallas de ducha. La almohada no era nada cómoda. El desayuno bastante justito.

The town the hotel is located in is a beautiful medieval town with many artists. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you're looking to be close to the Costa Brava, this isn't the place, but if you want access to the beautiful eastern Pyrenees, Girona, and some R&R, this is a great choice.

Located just of the main square on a quiet street,excellent service, great breakfast, friendly and informative staff, the manager helped us with travel and airport information, Besalu is a great historic town with wonderful buildings, medieval bridge, etc. I highly recommend 3-Arcs to anyone spending time in Besalu.

Besalú. The location - it's located in the centre of Besalu, the girl in the reception and the cat near 3 arcs (it actually has 3 arcs, that explains the name of this hotel)

The staff is very friendly. The location is awesome and Besalú definitely is whorthy the trip.

Nothing really. You just must realize that is a medieval city and so you probably will have to spend some time to find a parking lot and walk to the hotel.

The hotel is completely soul-less. Not a picture on the wall or any colour what so ever in the room. I felt I was in a box. Breakfast was very average.

The location of the hotel was excellent - very near the main square and easy driving distance from some beautiful countryside - fantastic for walkers. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts good and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

Some hooks in the bathroom, or somewhere to hang towels etc, would have been useful. We would also have appreciated a high chair in the cafe at breakfast.
