In der Umgebung von La Bisbal d’empordà erstreckt sich eine hügelige Landschaft, die sich oft vom Meer aus bedroht sah, mit einem Mosaik aus Äckern, befestigten höfen, mediterranen Dächern und hochinteressanten mittelalterlichen Dörfern mit schmalen natursteingepflasterten Gassen, arkadenplätzen, Wehrtürmen und komplexen Mauersystemen. Auch in der Gemeinde Forallac liegen einige dieser Dörfer.
Das größte ist Peratallada, das zum Schutz seiner Burg und des Palastes auf drei ebenen auf einem zerklüfteten Felsen angelegt wurde.
Die alten Gassen münden in den Plaça Major, einen hübschen arkadenplatz mit guten restaurants. Vulpellac besitzt eine prachtvolle Burg mit Gotik- und renaissanceelementen und Canapost eine romanische Kirche mit einer interessanten Nekropole. Sant Julià de Boada, Palau-sator, Cruïlles, Sant Sadurní de l’Heura und Monells sind mittelalterliche Dörfer mit arkadenplätzen und schlichten Kirchen.
Verbunden sind diese Dörfer durch eine Wanderroute, die es erlaubt, die angenehme Landschaft zu genießen, die vom Schriftsteller Josep Pla, der die Costa Brava in seinem Werk vielleicht am besten beschrieben hat, den Namen L’Empordanet (kleines empordà) bekam

Es difícil describir con palabras este hotel. Da la sensación de estar en un lugar mágico, con una decoración indescriptible, fina, elegante, con toques franceses, muñecas. vestidos.... Impresionante. Mucha tranquilidad. Realmente , en conjunto, me ha gustado todo. Cet établissement est un musée extraordinaire et incroyable ainsi que la dame qui s'en occupe. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. We loved our breakfast, with fresh fruit and other delicacies beautifully presented but we felt the supper was a bit heavy and overpriced, and the waiter wasn't really able to explain what we were to expect. Un hotel muy bonito, decorado con trajes de época y juguetes, realmente muy cuco. La habitación muy espaciosa. El personal muy amable. En pleno centro de Peratallada, ideal para visitarlo, que es muy cuco también con sus calles empedradas, estrechas, su muralla y su foso, muy bonito. Las ventanas de la habitación se pueden cerrar bien y no entra apenas luz (no con cortinas como en muchos hoteles que siempre entra mucha luz) El restaurante es caro para cenar. Teníamos alojamiento y desayuno. La cena resultaba cara y no de la calidad esperada por el precio pagado, aunque en general los restaurantes del pueblo tienen precios un poco altos. Para llegar a la habitación hay algunas escaleras (no hay ascensor), pero no resultó muy inconveniente. No tienen cunas, así que tuvimos que llevar la nuestra. A la habitación le haría falta un armario, hay mucho sitio para dejar cosas (incluso un perchero) pero están a la vista y con un niño pequeño que lo toca todo, pues no sirve. |

Ens ha agradat tot, Ni volent podem criticar res. El personal superamable, l'habitació preciosa, amb una terrasseta sobre el patí que es una meravella. Teniem només dos dies de vacances i han estat fantàstics. Amb un preu molt normal, un lloc molt singular. Val la pena anar-hi encara que només sigui per veure-ho. We were bowled over by the beauty of Perratellada and the Hotel right inside the medieval walls. We loved the centrepiece of the Hotel which is a magical garden hung with lights in trees and beautiful tables and cushions so very inviting. We couldn't believe the Hotel itself with its decorations and style transporting us into a dreamworld...our room (we could choose on the spot of 2 which we preferred) had low beams and ultra romantic decor, but with super standard antique furniture and all modern comfort - hard to describe! You have to go to believe it! It stretched into a medieval archway which crossed over the cobbled way underneath...There are no cars in Perratellada so it is ultra quiet. A beautiful place, try and stay more than one night to enjoy it fully!The website was good and captured the character of this quite unique place... We loved our breakfast, with fresh fruit and other delicacies beautifully presented but we felt the supper was a bit heavy and overpriced, and the waiter wasn't really able to explain what we were to expect.
