Pierre & Vacances Villa Romana ist in Tossa de Mar
Als Seebad erlebte Tossa de Mar seine Goldenen Jahre um die Jahrhundertwende und in den ersten Jahrenzeiten des 20. Jh. Schriftsteller, Dichter, vor allem Maler schätzen Tossa de Mar, das milde Klima und die landschaftliche Umgebung.
1951 fungierte Tossa unter dem Phantasiename “Esperanza” als malerische Kulisse für den englischen Spielfilm “Pandora und der fliegenden Holländer”, in dem Ava Gardner und James Mason die Hauptrollen spielten. Durch diesen Strafen wurde Tossa auch dem breiteren Publikum bekannt, und schon bald darauf rollten die erste Busse aus deutsche Landen an.
Zu den attraktionen, die die Costa Brava bereits in den 1960er Jahren zu einem touristischen reiseziel ersten ranges machten, zählt die Burg von Tossa de Mar. Der als Cap de Tossa oder Cap d’Or bekannte Gebirgsausläufer trennt die kleine Bucht Cala des Codolar vom Platja Llarga, dem Strand, der sich an der Bucht von Tossa erstreckt. Sieben Türme mit Maschikulis und eine zinnenbewehrte Mauer aus dem 12. Jahrhundert schützen die mittelalterliche altstadt, in der die ruine der alten Kirche und der gotische Gouverneurspalast (14. Jh.) erhalten sind.
Heute bietet Tossa de Mar außer dem relativ kleinen Strand eine wirklich sehenswerte Oberstadt (Vila Vella), die mit interessanten Mauern und Türmen umgeben ist und markante Elemente mittelalterlicher Befestigungskultur zeigt. Auf einem Hügel über dem Meer gelegene Altstadt steht heute unter Denkmalschutz. Das sehenswerte, vorbildlich restaurierte Altstadtensemble (12. bzw. 13. Jh.) unterstreicht den Charmen des Natursteins.
Der einzig erhaltenen Reste der römischen Vergangenheit, Els Ametllers, ist an der Av. del Pelegrí nahe der Touristeninformation. Die beiden Anwesen, oberhalb eine Stadtvilla, unterhalb ein ländlicher Bau, sind aus der Zeit zwischen dem ersten und em vierten Jahrhundert. Außer Grundmauern und einigen weniger Mosaiken (die besten sind im Museum) ist allerdings wenig zu besuchen.
Der Leuchtturm hoch über Vila Vella der letzten Recherche zu einem Museum umgebaut, das sich mit moderner Technik den Leuchttürmen des Mittelmeers widmen soll.
Tossa genießt eine fortschrittliche Tourismuspolitik. Dabei wissen die Damen und Herren vom Fremdenverkehrsamt durchaus um die Bedürfnisse ihrer vorwiegend ausländischen Touristen. Tossa de Mar verweist man auf ein ausgedehntes Netz von Wanderwegen und auf die dank der Kläranlage hervorrangende Wasserqualität, die mit der blauen Europafahne belohnt wurde.
Im Stadtmuseum im Palau del Batlle finden sich Zeugnisse der aufenthalte von Marc Chagall, André Masson, Joaquim Sunyer und anderen von der Landschaft der Umgebung faszinierten Malern.
Neben schönen Stränden, wie dem Platja de Llorell und dem der Cala Morisca, besitzt Tossa eine der schönsten Straßen dieses Küstenabschnitts: die Landstraße, die auf 25 kurvenreichen Kilometern vorbei an den Buchten Cala Salions, Sa Futadera, Cala Giverola und Cala Pola nach Sant Feliu de Guíxols führt.

Allo stesso prezzo abbiamo avuto un'appartamento x 4 anziché un monolocale-studio per 2 come riservato. Fantastica la lavanderia in comune. Accessibilità alla struttura veramente difficoltosa in quanto in auto si deve fare un percorso tra spazi angusti che penso in stagione siano anche pedonali e quindi molto insicuri. L'accesso alla reception nn è ottimale per la presenza di una ripida scalinata...fuori stagione sempre bagnata e scivolosa per l'umidità. |

There is a total of seventy - yes seventy - steps involved between leaving the car park and reaching reception. Вилла Романа с точки зрения архитектуры прекрасна. Замечательное расположение ее корпусов и объемно-планировочные решение номеров делают пребывание в ней очень комфортным и приятным. Террасы и балконы выше всяких похвал. У каждого номера есть индивидуальная терраса, но так же есть и общая с бассейном и прекраснейшим видом на море, замок и город в целом - открывается великолепная панорама, достойная того, чтобы сделать несколько снимков. Вилла ориентирована на восток, что позволяет каждое утро встречать рассвет, лежа в шезлонге. Из быта: на кухне в избытке есть посуда и приборы, кофеварка, холодильник, варочная панель и посудомойка. Так же бесплатно предоставляется утюг. Бассейн с постоянно циркулирующей хлорированной водой, но его все равно чистят каждый день. Главный недостаток Виллы и он же ее плюс - это расположение на достаточной высоте. Но это и дает вам возможность созерцать великолепную панораму города и моря. |

отель рядом с автобусной станцией, что позволяет не тащить далеко вещи. 15 минут ходу до любого из пляжей неспешным ходом. здания утопают в зелени. т.к. находятся на возвышении - видны крыши городка, море и крепость - супер вид, имхо оправдывающий ежедневный подъем ))) жили в самой ближней 3 вилле - подниматься меньше, тише. в номере - апарте есть все необходимое - 2 большие изолированные комнаты: кухня-прихожая с большим раскладывающимся диваном, стол обеденный на 6 человек, телевизор, электро печь, микроволновка, посудомойка, раковина, полноценный набор простой, но очень приличной новой посуды и приборов для еды и готовки, кондиционеры, сушка для белья, полноценный большой холодильник, в спальне большая двуспалка с тумбочками, большой шифоньер, сейф. со всех комнат выход на балкон, длящийся вдоль обеих комнат. на балконе столик и пара стульев. и таакой вид на тоссу!!!! романтик. правда запросили дополнительно 24 евро. не жалею. огромным бесценным бонусом является сотрудница ресепшн лорена - приветливая и компетентная француженка, говорящая отлично по русски. для себя лично не считаю это минусом - но предостережение для тех, кто не очень активен физически в силу образа жизни или здоровья - здание отеля стоит на возвышении относительно пляжа, т.е. это постоянный небольшой подъем с пляжа примерно до автобусной станции и короткий, но умеренно крутой подъем до первого корпуса отеля (он же вил ла романо 3) и еще выше к корпусу 1 и 2 где бассейн с рецепшн. однако, оговорюсь - для меня с семьей было комфортно, правда погода стояла не жаркая )) платный сейф (20 евро за неделю - не брал) и вайфай (10 евро за три дня) - не критично при прочих достоинствах отеля имхо |

La vue sur la mer mais qui demande un supplément. Cela n'est bien évidemment anormal. Le prix devrait être "ttc" Le site est très haut et difficile D.acces à pieds. Cela devrait être clairement explicité lors de la réservation!!!! Le wifi dans le logement est en plus. Ce type de service devrait maintenant être la base et sans supplément. Nous avons pris cette option 30€ quand même et ce dernier à mal fonctionné notamment au début avec des déconnexions incessantes!!!! |

У нас был даже небольшой свой дворик с шезлонгами, столом, креслами и зонтом, но это как повезёт, некоторые небольшие апартаменты просто с балконом. Хороший интерент в апартаментах, правда платный. Не взяли ни предоплаты до заезда, ни залога после. Удобные кровати, диван и подушки. Вся бытовая техника работала без замечаний. Дружелюбный, приветливый персонал. Сама по себе Тосса очень красивая. Добираться удобно - из аэропорта Барселоны идёт прямой автобус за 14евро до автовокзала в Тоссе, а там 300метров в горку и всё. Муравьи в номере, но мы с ними подружились, не оставляйте крошки и убирайте всё в холодильник Не очень легко пешком с детьми 3-х лет ходить до моря и обратно без коляски(минут 15 туда и минут 15 обратно, но из них 5минут - в гору). Нет духовки или гриля. Одна большая кастрюля, сковородка и ковшик, а мы отдыхали вшестером, я просто пошёл и купил кастрюлю за 12евро в ближайшем маркете. Нет эл/чайника, только эл/кофеварка. НО не обращайте внимания на эти недостатки, я написал про них для администрации. |

mooi verzorgd appartement prachtige ligging/ uitzicht vriendelijk personeel ligging niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been, dan heb je zeker een auto nodig maar dan weer weinig parkeerplaatsen zowel tegen betaling als gratis "langs de muur" geen verschoning van handdoeken gehad bij verblijf van 6 nachten. |

The location is great and very close to the bus station, peaceful in the evenings, away from noisy bars. Its a short 10 min walk from there to the central restaurants, shops and exquisite medieval walled old town. The staff were very helpful, forgave us not managing in Spanish and dealt with us in English quite happily. There was a good sized deck with comfy chairs, perfect for eating outside. The hill up to the place is a bit of a mission with bags, but not far enough to warrant a taxi. The kitchen was well past its prime (the fridge was round the corner next to the bathroom, the microwave was a bit rusty, the extractor had fallen apart and didn't work). But the crockery and cutlery was obviously new and was all there. They provide no kitchen cloths, washing up things etc, but they will sell you a pack of stuff for 5 Euros that you can use while you're there. Oh and be warned if you bring a vehicle they charge a whopping daily fee to use their car park. |

Las instalaciones son muy acojedoras, buena limpieza y presencia, servicio muy amable, precio asequible, utensilios de cocina nuevos... Que al cocinar con el fogón grande saltaran los plomos y que el microondas no se pudiese enchufar porque no llegaba el cable a la luz. |

El apartamento era muy confortable, las vistas magnificas. Hemos ido con un niño de 2 añitos que aun no camina solo. El hecho de tener que subir caminando con el cochecito por la cuesta es bastante incomodo. La otra opció es subir con el coche bajar uno de los dos con el niño y despues ir a aparcar. No es nada práctico. El menaje del apartamento es un poco justo. |

El apartamento estaba impecable, prácticamente todo nuevo a estrenar, limpio. El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos alojaron primero en un apartamento donde la calefacción no funcionaba y nos cambiaron a otro inmediatamente. El acceso es algo complicado especialmente si llevas un carrito de bebé, ya que hay una pendiente considerable para acceder hasta los apartamentos y si vienes de pasear por el pueblo, que es lo más probable, la haces andando. |
