Las camas hacian un ruido espantoso,aunque el precio contratado era barato luego hay que sumarles sabanas,mascota al final te queda el mismo precio de otro apartamento de mas calidad. Esta bien situado pero para llegar a el hay muchisimas escaleras o una gran cuesta. Cogimos desayuno incluido y van y nos sorprenden diciendo que en el desayuno solo nos entra un croasant y cafe el resto zumo,bocadillo...a parte del precio

Estuvimos tres días y dos noches y la verdad es que aunque el edificio es antiguo tuvimos la suerte de tener el apartamento para 6 personas genial con unas vistas al mar muy chulas y una terraza genial. Muy tranquilo eso si para descansar genial.

Los apartamentos necesitan una buena reforma, en la foto parece una cosa que no se corresponde con la realidad. Es muy complicado encontrar los apartamentos por Navigator, te envía a otro sitio. La desconfianza que hay hacia todos los clientes, hay que dejar 120€ en reserva por los desperfectos, supera el precio que vas a pagar y nos tratan a todos de desalmados. No hay persianas en ninguna ventana y es imposible dormir si hay algo de luz.

Que nos hagan limpiar y comprar los productos necesarios para ello, la fianza de 120€, que tengamos que comprarles incluso el papel higiénico... En fin, que lo que te ahorras en el precio de la habitación lo pagas luego en el curro que te dan.

Los colchones tenían migas de pan... Al check-in dijimos que haríamos el check-out entre las 4:30 y las 5:00 y a las 4:20 nos estaban golpeando la puerta para revisar el apartamento!!! Estabamos durmiendo y al ver eso la persona que golpeaba encima de todo de enfadó conmigo!!!

La situació és excel·lent; una zona tranquil·la i no pas llunyana a les zones comercials, amb un parc i uns boscos a prop per passejar i treure al gos. L'habitació (estudi) molt il·luminat i maco. El personal atent i pròxim i bastant bé de preu.

El llit de matrimoni de l'estudi s'enfonsa molt mentre hi dorms. És poc còmode. El preu per persona està força bé, però el suplement de mascota per nit és molt car.

Es sucio, viejo y todo esta roto, habitaciones con mal olor, la puerta de mi habitación le habían dado una patada y no cerraba bien la cerradura ....la paredes eran blancas y estaban grises...realmente no vale la pena por un poco más hay mejores opciones en Lloret. además te cobran por las sabanas y toallas, y si llevas mascota te cobran un suplemento,como si fuera una persona,en concepto de limpieza (que no la hay) vamos que te sale caro.... It was very rude reception, very dirty and uncomfortable room. we dragged our luggage without elevator - there isn't elevator to the 1th floor. we couldn't open the window, our view was the wall and street. we paid before 120 euro and than we cleaned floor of the room and took out the garbage to get money back. the bed was broken and they didn't want to repair it. we booked and paid for the 3 beds in the room, but there was only sofa and one bed - and was broken. they told that if we want to change the room, we have to pay for it or can sleep on the sofa. I'll never come back!

It was seriously the ugliest place I have ever stayed in. It looks like an old prison with the long hallways.The room was stinky, mattresses smelled the urine and there was dump on the walls cleverly hidden. The reception is on the 5th floor when our room was on the first one, elevator doesn't go to the firs floor and its hard to find the stairs down. Someone should seriously look at that place and inspect it. Aircon worked but the place was so poorly ventilated, there was no fresh air and even opened window didn't help. There is loads of rubbish behind the window so view wasn't nice either. Linen cost 5euro per person per night! And that wasn't told during the reservation process. It is not worth the money, you can find much better room for the same,if not better price. And don't bother going there with the child,as it is really horrible and dodgy place.

Appartements très sale, pourtant habitué a louer des chambres low cost sur Lloret, la c'était épouvantable. Acceuil déplorable, un lit était cassé, les draps manquaient, des poils partout, pas de coussin sur la moitié des lits, une odeur pestilentielle dans les toilettes, frigo gras. Y'a une limite quand même ...

Location was central but had to go up a big hill. It is close to the beach and all the shops, bars and restaurants etc....

Had to pay 120 euros deposit on arrival to cover any damages and linnen and towels were an extra cost of 5 euros per person, it does not state this before you book only when you receive confirmation and by that point you can't cancel. We asked to move rooms and pay the extra but they said they would also have to charge 20 euros for the room we had been in to be cleaned, we had only been in there 15 mins. Do not book the cheapest room for 3 pax with no view as you will feel like you are in a prison sell, the view is a wall through barred windows, ok for 1 night if your not going to be in the room long. Better to go for a balcony room with a view, the ones near the pool area looked nice.

Nos metieron en un agujero (sótano sin ventilación,con olor a humedad y con arañas). Y al instante como no habian más habitaciones nos fuimos de alli. En mi opinión esos sótanos dedicados a tener cajas de cerillas sin luz narural nos insalubres y es una vergüenza que los utilicen como apartamentos.

Económico, muy cerca de la playa y de la fiesta, aunque no se oía ruido del exterior. La cocina muy bien equipada (incluso bolsas de basura, jabón y estropajo) con habitaciones grandes. Ningún problema con la devolución del deposito.

Las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el edificio. Estábamos a dos plantas de diferencia de la recepción, con la ventana cerrada y aún así el chico de recepción vino a avisar-nos que no hiciéramos ruido. Una reacción muy exagerada teniendo en cuenta que ningún huésped se quejó. No incluye ropa de cama ni toallas y el apartamento está sucio (paellas grasientas, armarios pegajosos, cubre camas que huelen mal…) Además la piscina se queda pequeña si todas las hamacas están ocupadas.

l'accueil médiocre, le ménage pas fait, l'odeur horrible, nous avions modifier la réservation et il n'on rien voulu savoir nous avons payé une nuit que nous n'avons pas fait. je déconseille cet établissement, cella ne correspond pas du tout au photos.

Близкое расположение к морю, магазинам, кафе, автобусной станции. Возникшые проблемы с шумом соседей в ночное время персонал решил мгновенно. Данный отель больше подходит для молодежи, чем для семейного отдыха.

Отсутствие чайника, в комнате стоит ужасный запах, от которого никак не избавиться, проветривания не помогают. На наши претензии, персонал ответил, что наличие запаха - это нормально, т.к. в комнате присутствует кондиционер. ЗАПАХ-УЖАСНЫЙ!!!

Nous avons été dans un appartement insalubre. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs, cafard écrasé au sol,mégot de cigarette sous le lit, poussière, plaque de cuisson rouillée et inutilisable..(photos prises) .l'odeur irrespirable de moisissure nous a fait tousser toute la nuit, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la chambre et sommes restés toute la nuit sur le canapé. Le lendemain nous avons été dirigés vers un autre hôtel du groupe (appartement Caraibe) et avons dû payer un surcoût de 86€). Clients réguliers de booking.com nous espérons un geste commercial de votre part, les conditions d'hébergement de l'hôtel Monjardi étant inacceptables. Merci

We kregen een kamer voor 2 personen terwijl we met 5 hadden gereserveerd. De bedden waren te klein. De hele kamer was smerig (plasvlekken op alle lakens, zand in alle hoeken, vuil op de muur), de douchekop was stuk en werd niet gerepareerd desondanks herhaaldelijk vragen. Bovendien zaten we op de onderste verdieping waar we geen lichtinval hadden op de kamer. De airco stond vast ingesteld op 23 graden en kon niet gewijzigd worden. Niet genoeg warm water voor 5 personen om zich te douchen, enz. enz. Kortom, slechtste appartement waar we ooit verbleven. Enige pluspunt is de centrale ligging in Lloret de Mar, dichtbij het strand.

El precio es excesivo para los servicios que proporcionan.Al reservar por booking no tienes derecho a alfombrilla de baño entre otras cosas, algo que me parece una estupidez. Hay que pagar el alquiler de sábanas y toallas así que tuvimos que llevarnos las nuestras. El servicio de wifi es caro, cuando en la mayoría de los alojamientos es, por regla general, gratuita. Pero la peor de todo son los problemas que estoy teniendo para que me devuelvan el depósito que te piden al entrar. Me alojé con mi pareja el día 20 de julio y salimos el 24. Se nos dijo que esa fianza, en nuestro caso de 120€, se bloqueaba durante la estancia y a lq salida se desbloqueaba. Pregunté si habría problemas porque a la salida íbamos a necesitar ese dinero, que si hacía falta lo pagaba en efectivo. Me aseguraron que no habría problemas. Estamos a día 29 y todavía no hemos podido recuperar el dinero. Mi banco me ha que se efectuó un cobro y no un bloqueo. De modo que no recomendaríaeste apartahotel después de tantos problemas.

We had to change our first room as there was a terrible smell of dirty socks and cigarette smoke and cesspool outside. How people could live there? In the other room we had 2 broken beds of 4. We had to call a carpenter immediately to avoid a penalty at check out. Breakfast, which is included is just a coffee and a croissant. When we ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, we had to wait 20 minutes and then we got burnt food. Staff wasn't polite and attentive. we did not feel like welcome guests but like they are doing us a favor by providing a hotel to stay.

On arrival we received a welcome note which had some ground rules including respecting other especially at night.Well to say the least this was not inforced as the room next to ours was constantly playing load music at all hours of the night/morning

The apartments look nothing like the picture. Very small. The place is dark inside. The apartments are situated at the to of a steep hill which is not mentioned in booking. I lost €50 from my deposit as there was a leak in the room and the floor constantly filled with water....I Complained bt it was not cleaned and over the weekend we had to trail in and out of it and then at the end of the stay they refused to refund my full deposit as they said they would need to clean the room.

Fast checkin, nice spacious appartment

the appartment was on the ground floor, the reception on the 5th, we had to go through hallways, use the elevator to go to the 2nd floor, more hallways and stairs to go down to the ground floor., the elevator doesn't go to the ground floor, very far the room. The 5€ for sheets and towels, we took our own in the end. Overall for the price not too bad but I will not go there again

Really good value for the price, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, view of the sea and hills from both room and kitchen windows, tv with 50 channels. Great location.

5 eur per person for blankets and towels, but in the end we didn't have to pay for it. It can be noisy, as the walls are not really thick. Bed and blankets are in a rather bad condition. Air is rather moisty.
