Su ubicación es muy buena, a 3 minutos de la catedral. Muy cómodo, aunque un poco oscuro.

No funcionaba el mando del aire acondicionado. No había jabón para limpiar los platos ni valleta ni trapo de cocina. Y al ser un apartamento donde no hay personal (las llaves estaban en una caja de seguridad de la que te dan la clave por correo) no tienes donde reclamar, sólo tienes un teléfono de urgencias. Faltaban muchas bombillas y resultaba un poco oscuro.

La decoracion es exquisita. Pilar me trato muy bien, preocupandose de cualquier cosa que necesite. La ubicacion es perfecta. Totalmente recomendable

si costara un poco menos iría más amenudo.

Hotellin sisäänpääsykoodin saaminen oli erittäin vaikeaa. Jouduin soittamaan hotelliin koodin saadakseni: se luvattiin toimittaa sähköpostitse, mutta mitään ei kuulunut. Vain muutamaa tuntia ennen matkalle lähtöä soitin uudelleen, ja sain puhelimitse sisäänpääsykoodin + muut ohjeet - nekin murteellisella englanninkielellä. Itse hotelli oli pienoinen pettymys: osa valaisimista ei toiminut, keittiössä ei ollut kahvinkeitintä eikä vessassa vessapaperia. Toisena matkapäivänämme oviavain lopetti toimintansa, joten jouduimme taasen soittamaan yhteyshenkilölle, ja odottelemaan noin puolisen tuntia hänen saapumistaan. Saimme väliaikaisen avaimen ja sovimme, että tämä henkilö tulee illalla klo 23.00 tuomaan meille huoneeseemme uudet avainkortit, mutta eipä ketään kuulunut myöskään lomamme loppupäivinä...

De ligging in de stad was goed.

Volledige afwezigheid van personeel. Volledige afwezigheid van messen in de keuken en dat is erg onhandig. Het was maar goed dat we zelf iets hadden meegenomen. Datzelfde geldt voor het ontbreken van keukenhanddoeken. We zaten bovenin onder een te schuin dak. We hadden duidelijk niet het appartement van de foto's, het was slecht ingericht.

A fantastic location for a trip to the wonderful city of Girona. The apartments had been wonderfully adapted in an old building next to the walls of the city. They were very clean and would be great for anyone staying for a week as they had a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. They were very good value for money and this is our second visit.

Last visit, we had some complementary sachets of coffee milk and tea which for anyone only staying overnight would have been very welcome!

L'emplacement, sur les hauteurs du quartier historique, permet de visiter la ville, de se rendre au marché sans avoir à prendre la voiture; l'appartement en lui-même, confortable et spacieux.

La vue étant bouchée par un mur, en face, la luminosité n'est pas le point fort des appartements donnant sur la rue, mais par ces chaleurs, un peu de pénombre et de fraîcheur...

El casco antiguo de girona es una maravilla,no hay problema para aparcar,puedes descargar las maletas en el apartamento y a continuación aparcar el coche en las inmediaciones del instituto que esta a 2 min a pie del apartamento.

Good location, charming old town

Based on the description we chosed this appartmenthotel because of the terrace. Very disapointed when we found out there was no terrace or balcony! We contacted the staff (by phone, they are harf to find!) and asked for an appartment with terrace or balcony. A very grumpy lady said NO, and no way we could get our mony back and move to another place. We had pre-payed 5 nights. So, if you really want a terrace, DO NOT BOOK this place :(

Impossible to contact staff upon arrival. One towel provided for three guests. Water from rain storm leaked under door. Parking difficult, road EXTREMELY narrow.

Апп. номер 5 - двухэтажный, на нижнем уровне - зал и столовая, на верхнем - спальня и санузел. кровати на верхнем уровне - отличные, диванчик внизу - слабенький. На каждом уровне кондиционеры. На кухне полноразмерный холодильник. Есть внутренний дворик, куда выходят балконы некоторых аппартаментов (не апп. 5).

Отсутствие ночной рецепции. Сложно найти даже с навигацией.

Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue sur les remparts. La grandeur de l'appartement et le confort du mobilier. Nous étions dans l'appartement 10 et nous avions la plus grande terrasse, avec une très jolie vue sur le jardin (très bien entretenu).

Nous cherchons encore le wifi gratuit accessible dans tous l'appartement, ainsi que les produits d’hygiène dans la salle de bain. Manque de passage pour changer les draps et les serviettes. Pas de réception !! et attention nous recevons les codes d'entrée dans les courriers indésirables, de nos boites mail. Les transats de la terrasse étaient cassés ainsi que le store de notre chambre.

Onneksi saimme sähköpostilla yhteyden Booking.comiin, josta saimme hyvää ja nopeaa palvelua ja koodit sisäänpääsyä varten. Saavuttaessa kohteeseen huoneistossamme ei ollut laisinkaan kylpypyyhkeitä. Yritin soittaa hotellin henkilökunnalle, mutta en saanut yhteyttä, joten taas piti soittaa B.comiin, pyyhkeitä ei tullut edelleenkän. Vihdoin sain yhteyden hotellin henkilökuntaan, josta sain melko tylyn vastauksen ja kehotuksen hakea itse pyyhkeet alakerrassa olevan pesulan mustasta säkistä; kaipa tuo olisi pitänyt itse ymmärtää :( Yövyimme 7 yötä, roskat vietiin ensimmäisen kerran vasta pyydettäessä 4. päivänä (huoneistohotelli, jossa siis ajatuksena tehdä itse mm. aamupala), pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu laisinkaan. Huoneistossa oli kuitenkin tieto, että siivous tehdään 2 päivän välein, kun yövytään yli 3 vrk:tta. Pesulan mies soitti meidän huoneiston ovikelloa kahtena päivänä päästäkseen sisään tuomaan hotellin "pesulaan" liinavaatteita. Kadulta kuului kaikki äänet huoneistoon (liikennettä tosin vähän kapean kujan vuoksi). Hotelille oli "alakaupungista" ylämäkeä ja 172 porrasta, joten en suosittele liikuntarajoitteisille. Jatkossa yövymme taas entiseen tapaan hotellissa!

Repetíamos por segunda vez porque la primera vez nos encantaron, pero esta vez nos dieron otro apartamento.

Apartmento 1: no me ha gustado, el olor a humedad que hacía la estancia muy desagradable. Que la mampara no esté bien puesta y al ducharte se salga el agua, desde el baño, hasta el pasillo, sin tener ni fregona para recogerlo y tener que usar las toallas de la ducha para empaparlas por el suelo, sin lograr dejar el lugar seco. Tampoco me ha gustado que la terraza que da al jardín, tenga por fuera al lado un cubo de basura lleno hasta arriba, con el calor de estas fechas...

La ubicación, limpieza y estado general del apartamento

La forma de gestion. En los apartamentos no hay recepcion. No hay personal de la empresa. Previamente han tenido que mandarte el número de apartamento y un código para acceder a una de las cajas de seguridad de la entrada donde estan tus llaves y documentacion. Como no te hayan mandado esta información previamente, estas perdido.

La tranquilidad de los apartamentos y su equipación. La relación calidad-precio.

No hay recepción. No me llegó el email con la clave para obtener la llave. Es difícil de localizar.

Location was good, close to the old town. Access to garden was great, well kept gardens.

We were not given pillows or bed sheets for the sofabed even though we had told them someone would be sleeping on sofa bed. Bathroom needed a bit of a deep clean, hair in drain was clogging up and a bit gross. Only left us half a role of toilet paper over a long weekend!!!

La zona era tranquila y no estaba mal, aunque era un poco incomoda de acceso. Parking público gratuito cerca del establecimiento.

Limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El sistema de acceso es incomodo para el cliente, sobre todo por la inexistencia de personal. El establecimiento no es barato para lo que ofrece. A pesar de que la referencia en Booking decía que se cobraba el día de llegada, a nosotros nos hicieron el cargo en tarjeta el día en el que hicimos la reserva. Sin haber necesidad perentoria de espacio, pedimos una demora de una hora en la salida y nos dijeron que de acuerdo, a cambio de diez euros, la verdad lo encontramos un poco rastrero, porque tampoco ofrecen ningún tipo de consigna para el equipaje. No es un establecimiento para recomendar, según nuestra experiencia personal.

Beautiful presentation in a charming old building. The apartments were really spacious and had a nice balcony too. Leaving coffee and a few snacks was a nice touch. Because of a mix up we got a premium attic apartment but our friend's smaller one also had a lot of character. Apartment 7, the one we should have had though, was right on the street with no garden or balcony.

We let ourselves into the wrong suite but that was the key card that was left for us. What followed was four long and aggressive calls from a Spanish woman demanding to know where the key card was to the apartment we should have been in. All the time a Spanish couple on a weekend away was left waiting in the foyer. We said she should come over and sort it out but she said she was in London! If she had have apologised for the mix up and asked a few pertinent questions, it might have been sorted out sooner - we invited the Spanish couple in to relax rather than have them waiting outside - but yelling at us about "two cards for apartment eight and one for apartment seven" which made no sense to us, didn't help much. It was hard to find and up a very steep set of roads, not recommended for people with a lot of luggage.

Loved the location, the building and neighbourhood are huge on character, the bedding was fresh and the place was very clean. Good value and if they were more concerned to maintain things I'd score them much higher.

The kitchen was a good size but lacked a few basic amenities. No kettle, coffee maker or jug, no frying pan or scissors, only one (inadequate) kitchen knife, no dishcloths.... Etc. Hard to cook in really. I phoned and asked for something to make coffee in but was told it is not their policy to provide one - at Hap Dreams people use only instant coffee! Luckily I had already bought a small kettle as our previous place didn't have one either, so I only had to buy a Bodum. But I don't really feel I should have to carry round half a kitchen when I'm booking self-catering places. Otherwise, the WiFi worked only one day of the three we were there and I slipped in the shower twice - they definitely need a non-slip mat or 2 in the bathroom.

Loved the unique unit, thoughtful apppointments inside, the nice terrace and yard, the very good window coverings for darkness and quiet, the location....LOVED The beautiful crisp white bed linens. Very comfy bed.

Need more light in kitchen/living area. Also, the two lightbulbs, reported more than once in on-line reviews are still out...we moved one to our preference. All else was wonderful. There MUST be a way to make the unit easier to find! Should work on that. Little Hap Dreams flags to follow from the gate to the address? Once the 9 Euro cab drops you off, you are pretty much lost. A local inside the wall helped us by finding the street, though he had never been on it. Then, by coincidence, another resident of the building was just leaving and showed us how to enter, etc.

It was inside the walls and very unique. Loved the backing onto the old city walls. Easy stroll to the centre of town.

It was hard to find, map out where you need to park and how to get there by foot. As there was no reception when our wifi didn't work it was hard to communicate therefore we didn't have wifi for our stay.

Hotellin sijainti loistavalla paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa. Lyhyt kävelymatka ravintoloihin. Bussi- ja juna-asemalle oli helppo kävellä, matkaa n. 1 km. Siisti ja viihtyisä hotellihuoneisto. Rauhallisella paikalla, jonne ei hälinä kuulunut.

Matkan lähetessä puhelinsoitto hotellista aiheutti hämmennystä. Hotellin työntekijä pyysi antamaan luottokortin verifiointinumeron, jotta maksu voitaisiin periä, sillä en kuulemma ollut antanut sitä varauksen yhteydessä (?!). Luonnollisestikaan tuota numeroa en antanut ja ajattelinkin, että asia pitää selvittää paikanpäällä. Asia kuitenkin järjestyi muutamaa päivää ennen matkaa ja maksu olikin normaalisti veloitettu luottokortilta. Harmistusta aiheutti myös se, että en saanut mitään informaatiota hotellilta ennen Gironaan saapumistamme. Puhelinsoitto hotellille kuitenkin auttoi ja saimme oikean koodin, jolla avainboxi saatiin auki. Huoneistossa oli astioita ihan kivasti, olisin kuitenkin kaivannut paistinpannua, sillä meillä oli vain yksi kattila käytössä.

Espanjan vanha historia ja nykyaika kohtasivat tyylikkäästi. Mielenkiintoisia kohteita turistille, upeat näköalat,luontoa ,vihreyttä ja kukkasia, kaunista! Kuntoiltua tuli sopivasti päivittäin kiipeillessä lukemattomia portaita alas ja ylös vanhan ja uudenkaupungin osien välillä!

No real issues. Electronic room keys were changed mid stay without telling us. If we had arrived back at the appartment late in the evening we would have been locked out. Blind in bedroom was not repaired.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. This was my own fault for not reading the description fully - as we had front facing apartment there was not a balcony, but there was access to the lovely garden.

Расположение хорошее, интересный антураж номера в старинном стиле, место тихое и спокойное, утром слышно пение птиц, звон колокольни, окна выходили на сад и крепостную стену, хороший WIFI, в ванной есть фен, шампунь, гель и т.д.

Loved the flat and the location! The nearest shop for milk and bread is: turn left to the little square, and left again. Go down the first set of steps on your right, then left into the shopping street, and there's the shop on the right after a few metres. Garden gorgeous, views across the city from the front top flats fantastic.

Just that toilet rolls and bin-bags need topping up more often. Oh, and please make sure, everyone, that you chase your email a couple of days before, with the code for the safe at the apartments, in order to get in! We also had to phone the day before, to get the code over the phone.

Bona ubicació, al costat de la muralla. Cuina equipada amb tot el necessari. Apartament còmode.

No hi havia piles al comandament de l'aire I la calefacció de l'habitació no funcionava. La barana de l'habitació estava desenganxada de la paret (perill en abocar-s'hi). No hi ha personal, només neteja. No hi ha serveis, excepte bugaderia (amb cost) I màquines autoservei. Són petits detalls, perquè la valoració és bona en general.

El trato personal de hecho no tendria que haber y eso hubiera sido buena señal, pero cuando tienes que recurrir a ellos, pasan bastante de ti y tardan en arreglar cualquier incidencia.

Nuesta experiencia ha sido muy mala. Lo que tenía que ser un fin de semana tranquilo en un apartamento que hacía biena pinta, ha sido horrible debido a que los apartamentos no están gestionados por unos profesionales. Nosotros viajamos con una niña de 6 meses y pedimos con atelación por e-mail y por teléfono una cuna. Se nos dijo que no había ningún problema.Al llegar la cuna no estaba pero nos dijeros que la traerían luego. Cuando volvimos de pasear, la cuna estaba en la habitación sin montar y al hacerlo, vimos que estaba rota. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto nos dijeros que hasta el día siguiente no podían hacer nada. Al dia siguiente nos dejaron otra cuna y también estaba rota. Al llamar otra vez, pues que no podían hacer nada, pero que nos compensarían económicamente con una noche gratis. A día de hoy aún esperamos la respuesta al correo de queja que mandamos al volver a casa y nada de compensación. Aparte de esta incidencia importante, hubo otras, como que la calefacción se apaga por la noche sin poder hacer nada, que el horno no funcionaba, que había unas madalenas de cortesía que estaban caducadas, faltaba una funda de cojín, que la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación no funcionaba en la puerta principal,... Podemos entender que surjan problemas, pero el hecho de que no haya nadie para solucionarlos en todo el fin de semana, hace del todo desaconsejable este alojamiento, a no ser que os vaya todo perfecto. Our own experience has been very bad. What was supposed to be a quiet weekend in an apartment, has been horrible because apartments are not managed by a professional. We travel with a 6 months old baby and ordered by e-mail and phone a crib. We were told that there was no problem.When we arrived, the crib was not hurried but they said that they would bring it then. When we returned from walking, the crib was in the room unassembled and in doing so, we saw it was broken. When we contacted we hurried to overnight could do nothing.

Great location. Flat 1 was lovely - cosy and good layout. It did, however, get a lot of noise from the street in the early morning. Having to move to Flat 11, for the second night, this was better from the noise aspect, but not as cosy.

I was contacted rather late about the pin number to enter the building, and the Wifi wasn't working when we arrived. It was also a huge shock to return to the room after a day out, to find that the shower screen had smashed. when I phoned to ask for someone to sort it out, the first response was couldn't we just clear it up, because the person responsible was out of Girona. Thankfully she did come and agreed that we could not stay in the room and we were moved upstairs.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es perfecta para poder moverte por la ciudad. Están bien acondicionados.

El acceso en coche es muy complicado por no decir nulo, calle muy estrecha y en pendiente. Hubo una pequeña confusión a nuestra llegada con el número de habitación que nos tocaba, ya que te han de dar un código de acceso a una caja fuerte que contiene la llave de tu apartamento.
