Hotel Nou Estrelles ligt in de charmante badplaats Cadaqués, op 5 minuten lopen van de historische binnenstad en het strand. Het hotel biedt eenvoudige, comfortabele kamers met een flatscreen-tv.
Alle kamers van het Nou Estrelles Hotel zijn voorzien van zowel airconditioning als centrale verwarming. Elke kamer is tevens uitgerust met een eigen badkamer en een telefoon.
Het hotel serveert een continentaal ontbijtbuffet in de bar op de benedenverdieping. U kunt hier tevens de hele dag door terecht voor een hapje of een drankje.

Cadaqués is bekend om het zomerverblijf van Salvador Dalí, en vanaf het hotel wandelt u in 12 minuten naar zijn Casa-Museu. Het stadje wordt omgeven door het prachtige landschap van het natuurpark Cap de Creus.
Hotel Nou Estrelles is in Cadaqués
Ná de vorengenoemde plaatsen en de baaien Canyelles, Montjoi en Falconera, komt Cadaqués. Het is gelegen aan de voet van het enorme gebergte en geflankeerd door kaap Norfeu en Kaap Creus, waartussen de vriendelijke baai ligt ingesloten, beschut tegen de schaarse maar mogelijke stormen.
Het dorp heeft een buitengewoon voortreffelijke vormgeving; het bestaat uit visserswoningen en enkele huizen, gebouwd voor vaste zomergasten. Het vormt een prachtig geheel met het omliggende landschap.
Cadaqués, met zijn spierwitte huizen die op artistieke wijze contrasteren tegen de donkere bergen die als achtergrond dienen, was in werkelijkheid en is nog steeds een uitstekende verblijfplaats voor vissers en dit verklaart zijn ligging op een ongewone plaats met weinig middelen van bestaan voor de bevolking.
Het is echter een ideaal oord om te genieten van kalmte en rust, temidden van een eenvoudig en evenwichtig landschap. De baai van Cadaqués begint in Punta de Cala Nans en eindigt in Punta de s’Oliguera. De kustlijn is bezaaid met lieftallige inhammen en een overvloed aan kleine gezellige strandjes: Sa Cebolla, Sa Conca, el Llaner, el Pedritxó, Platja Gran, el Poal, els Guixos en nog veel meer.
Platja Gran behoort tot de oudste kern van de bevolking. Als men Cadaqués achter zich laat is Portlligat het eerste, onbetwistbaar opvallende hoekje wat men op zijn weg tegen komt, na Punta de s’Oliguera. Het betreft een indurkwekkende natuurlijke haven, bijna wonderbaarlijk, waar de schilder Salvador Dalí zijn huis en atelier heeft.

Nou Estrelles is highly recommended hotel that deserves another star. It is a cosy and quiet place to stay, from which you can get easily and quickly to Cadaqués town center, bus station and the seaside. Personnel were friendly and really helpful, speaking French, Spanish and English (the reception lady printed buses schedule and ordered a taxi for us). We found the rooms fresh, modern and warm (s.r. TV, phone, b.r. hair dryer, bidet, shampoo). The rooms were cleaned quite well every day. Fresh and nice smelling towels were provided every day. The sleeping room was not so spacious so we kept our luggage in the cabinet or under the bed. The view from the balcony was not impressive. |

We stayed there for one night. The staff were friendly, and their english was fine, which is a bonus if you don't speak spanish. The hotel is placed right next to the bus station, and even though you can not see the coast line from the hotel, it is really close. Cadaques is a charming costal town, and it is definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was not impressive, especially when you consider the price (7 euro per person). The service level during the breakfast was not that great either -- we had to ask for the bread to be refilled. |

L'hotel est treès bien situé à l'entrée de Cadaques et l'on peut tout faire à pied. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix et 1 adresse que je recommanderai volontiers. Tout était très bien!! |

friendly family run hotel, clean and confortable for the price. The breakfast was not impressive, especially when you consider the price (7 euro per person). The service level during the breakfast was not that great either -- we had to ask for the bread to be refilled. |

Great hotel for price. Comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities, balconies for some rooms and even overlooking the road was interesting rather than irritating. Double glazing on patio doors prevented road noise. Very helpful staff and English spoken. Didn't try the breakfast. Only criticism would be the thin walls between bedrooms as you could hear strange noises and find out more about your neighbours than you really needed to know. But it wasn't a major issue. |

Good clean modern hotel with decent sized rooms and helpful staff located on a roundabout on main road into Cadeques so siting on the balcony is nosiy and doesn't give much of a view. Could also be noisy at night if you opened door to balcony to let in air. |

Staff were very helpful, walking distance to town and Compartir Restaurant, yummmm . Beautiful town and lots to do, All must visit Dali's summer home smallish bedrooms, with twin beds, (we had requested double), not much room to open suitcases, parking about 50m away in a vacant allotment |
