De Universal Flat is een stijlvol loft-appartement op Rambla Llibertat, met uitzicht op de rivier de Onyar. Dit charmante 100-jaar oude pand biedt uitzicht op het omliggende historische centrum.
Het appartement combineert opengewerkte stenen muren en plafonds met houten balken met een eigentijdse inrichting en grote ramen. De open woonkamer is voorzien van een bank, een televisie, een kluisje en een balkon met uitzicht op de kathedraal van Girona.
De slaapkamer is gescheiden door een scherm en voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed. De badkamer is uitgerust met een hydromassagedouche. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar.
Aan de Rambla vindt u cafés, bars en restaurants. In 5 minuten loopt u naar de kathedraal van Girona en de Joodse wijk.
Het trein- en busstation van Girona ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het appartement. Het is 20 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven.

Inrichting was leuk gedaan. Van alle apparatuur voorzien Mogelijkheid om het warm te krijgen: piepkleine radiator, die nooit de ruimte boven de 17,5 graden krijgt. Daarnaast waren er geen extra dekens, dus ik heb het heel onaangenaam gehad daardoor. |

ubicació perfecte i l'apartament molt bonic. Per primer cop les fotos son exactament el què et trobes no s'hi pot arribar amb cotxe, i l'aparcament gratuït és molt lluny ( si és que en trobes) |

La ubicación perfecta, muy atentos y nos dejaron marchar por la tarde porque no tenian reserva el mismo dia. Llamamos un dia antes y nos pusieron la placa de calefaccion. Muy contentas. Faltaria una maquina de cafe tipo nexpresso porque la de tipo "melita" para una o dos personas es muy engorrosa. Entra mucha luz por el baño, podrian poner una cortina en la puerta. |

Nos ha gustado todo , la ubicacion perfecta, la limpieza muy buena, la decoracion increible con muy buen gusto, no faltaba de nada en el mini apartamento :). La verdad que espero que la proxima vez que vaya a gerona el apartamento este libre :). Para mi y mi acompañante ha sido un fin de semana fantastico .Ademas de la ubicacion tiene unas vistas fantasticas . En definitiva , si teneis que ir a gerona y aparte de ver la ciudad quereis estar mejor en vistra casa ir a universal. Ademas de que los dueños del apartamento son majisimos y se preocupan para que tengas una estancia muy confortable. :) volvereeeeee Me ha gustado todo. |

Tot en general. La situació de l'emplaçament, just al costat del riu. També la calidesa del pis amb les acollidores parets de pedra antiga. Els propietaris de l'establiment molt amables i simpatics. En general tot excelent!. Me ha gustado todo. |

La ubicacion Mi valoracion seria mas buena si no fuera por el baño, ya que deberia estar mas ventilado y tener un ambientador. La calefaccion tambien es escassa para calentar todo el apartamento. |

The view of the cathedral from the front balcony and a view of the river from the back window. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful. The flat has everything you could possibly need and more - plants, throws, cushions etc etc There is a steep narrow set of steps into the flat which some people might struggle with and because we visited during festival time there was quite a lot of noise outside the front balcony - people putting up stalls etc Not a problem for us but might be for some peope echen en falta una cafeterÍA O un bar para comer algo Y deberian alquilar bicicletas para ir al pueblo |

El apartamento era muy bonito.Buena ubicación. No hay aparcamiento cerca aunque el dueño nos indicó dónde podíamos aparcar sin problema. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera más toallas. |

Perfect location, in the heart of the old town. Next to plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife. However, we heard no noise at night. It is perfect for a couple and a few days. Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully equipped and good views to the river. The owner took good care of every detail, he even helped us arriving to the apartment late at night and looking for a parking space so we didn't have to pay (most of the old town is pedestrian area). We will come back to Universal Flat for sure next time! The apartment is in the 1st floor and there are some narrow stairs to go up there. Nevertheless, the owner helped us carrying up luggage as well :) He is a very caring person |

Lovely compact studio apartment. In sight of magnificent cathedral, close to university, in old town, near Draps great restaurant, lots of shops and on the river. You can cast a line from your bathroom window and, if lucky, catch supper.. Lack of AC. But it is a new refurbishment and this may come later. Needs anelectric kettle for a cup of tea. |

The comfort of the apartment; the proximity with the university; the locality beside the river (it is clean and with ducks and gulls), the landscape from the beside window is really incredible! I was in this place for business, but I recommend to anyone who wants to know a wonderful Catalan city. The stairs to reach the apartment, witch is in the first floor, however the owner help us with the bags, and this was not a problem at all. |

Alles! Schöne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung und schöner alter Steinmauer und Holzbalken. Super Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Fluß und die Altstadt. Restaurants und alles wichtige direkt in Laufnähe. Alles war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man benötigt. Me ha gustado todo. |
