Todo ha sido fenomenal...no me puedo quejar El estado general de la casa no se corresponde con el precio de alquiler. En el contrato que firmas a la entrada, hay una cláusula que te indica que si consumes más energía de la calculada como promedio, tendrás que pagar la diferencia. Aunque sea para casos extremos, genera desconfianza. |
