The hotel is lovely, clean, modern with great views and very good value for money. This is our 2nd visit Some staff are very very approachable especially I would say the breakfast staff. Some of the reception staff are unhelpful and unfriendly but some are very helpful so I would say consistency is a problem |

Great location, good facilities. Not as good as it used to be. The facilities offered have been reduced. There is now a charge for the minibar which used to be free. There used to be free drinks & snacks at night, but no more. Still the best hotel In Girona. |

Everything right from the luxurious reception to the restaurant to the rooms which are really designer. The bathroom is very spacious. Free Parking. Free Wifi in the Reception. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you with any query the guest has. Nice Breakfast and excellent views of Girona from the Terrace in front of the reception. No free Wifi offered in the rooms and no water bottles. |

Friendly helpful staff. Contemporary tastefully decorated rooms, clean and reasonable priced. Huge terrace with comfortable chairs and nice view of the city. Plenty car parking. No free WiFi in the room. The rooms have no view. No swimming pool. The walk to the old city (20-30 min) was not bad, but the way back to the hotel was up very steep hill. |

Our Satnav directed to the gates of this hilltop hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. so we able to check in early (which was a bonus, having just got off a four-hour flight). The views from the hotel terrace and lounge are exceptional. It's a short downhill walk into the historic centre of Girona (and a steep walk back up). The facilities are what you would expect of this type of hotel. We will return. Breakfast was quite expensive so we went to a little restaurant just three minutes down the road. One negative point was the soundproofing: we could hear our neighbours in the rooms next door, and the staff were sometimes noisy in the corridors. |

The location, the views, the friendliness of the staff. Dinner was excellent when served on the terrace on 1 night of our stay - the feel, view and food. The food was also good from a different menu when served inside on one night due to rain. The location was convenient at a 15 min walk to the old town, but be prepared for an uphill return. The presence of a group of American students who were thoughtless in terms of night-time noise and their use of the lounge/bar facilities on the one evening it rained - they monopolised them. We appreciate the rooms need to be let but tour bookings can be at the expense of other guests. |

The view from the hotel is magnificent. Even when it rains, it was beautiful to see 'the skyline' of Girona. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the big bed was comfortable, before 7 o'clock free cofee and croissants. Everything was great! Nothing! Everything at AC Hotel Palau Bellavista is perfect. If they have plans to built a swimmingpool then that would be a big plus! |

Indeed high level, very convenient room, spacious bathroom, big and comfortable bed. Very professional staff. Big parking and wonderful view. The hotel is situated on the hill, so you are above the city. The only con I can figure out: the wall between the main room and the bathroom is a glass one (with print of course), and at night once the light is turned on in the bathroom, it seems as if the lamp was lit above your head. And one more thing: the hotel is on the top of the hill, so it is a challenge to climb it on foot. |

A comfortable room. Smokers catered for. On site free parking for guests. I would recommend it to business users. The hotel, whilst only a kilometre from main roads and the edge of the old quarter, stands half way up a big hill, the highest building on it, making coming and going on foot tiring for all but the fittest of us. Town centre car parking is a nightmare and taxis cost 7€ each way. But its height above the town affords good views across it to the Pyrenees from the hotel's public terrace. Sadly, however, no room view. This is not a family hotel in terms of its ownership and I would not recommend it to families wanting to visit the town. |
