Aquest hotel de disseny disposa d'un spa al terrat, amb banyera d'hidromassatge i vista sobre la platja de Lloret i les palmeres. L'establiment ofereix habitacions elegants amb terrassa privada, TV de pantalla plana i accés gratuït a internet Wi-Fi.
Les habitacions de l'Hotel Excelsior tenen un disseny minimalista i disposen d'aire condicionat, terra enrajolat, mobles moderns i bany privat amb assecador. Totes les habitacions tenen vista sobre el mar (algunes només parcial).
L'esmorzar se serveix a la cafeteria de l'hotel fins a les 12:00. Hi ha un restaurant, amb terrassa i vista sobre el passeig marítim.
L'spa del terrat inclou un bany de vapor, una sauna i un solàrium, amb gandules. L'accés a l'spa comporta un suplement. La recepció és oberta les 24 hores del dia i el personal és amable.
L'Excelsior es troba a 200 m de l'església gòtica de Sant Romà, amb sostre de rajoles de colors, i a 20 m de la platja de Lloret. L'aeroport de Girona és a 30 minuts en cotxe i el centre de Barcelona, a 1 hora.

Lloret de Mar és una villa turística de la Costa Brava que disposa, a l’igual que Platja d’Aro, d’uan gran varietat de serveis dedicats als seus visitants. Tanmateix, la conversió de Lloret en un dels principals centres vacacionals de tota la Costa Brava no li ha fet oblidar els seus propis orígens, els quals conserva de manera brillant i els mostra orgullosa a qui desitgi gaudir d’una estància en aquest extraordinari enclavament.
Aquell poble mariner que va créixer en una llarga platja delimitada per la punta de sa Caravera i per sa Caleta, ha canviat molt. En queden les platges (cala Canyelles i sa Somera al nord, i la platja de Fenals i Santa Cristina al sud), les cases d’època del passeig marítim, la processó marinera del juliol, quan les barques enramades porten les relíquies de Santa Cristina, i el record que es conserva al Museu del Mar, situat a l’edifici indià de can Garriga amb una extensa col·lecció de maquetes de vaixells. Lloret, tot un mite del turisme jove anglès i alemany, concentra una gran capacitat hotelera i de serveis turístics, inclòs un casino de joc.
A l’entrada del poble, hi ha un monumental sepulcre romà.
L’oferta de Lloret de Mar dirigida als amants de les platges i les cales és generosa. Al mateix nivell que el centre del poble es troba la Platja de Lloret, la més llarga de la localitat. Arribar a ella serà molt fàcil, fins i tot si es fa en vehicle, donat que disposa de pàrquing al davant d’ella. Es tracta d’una platja de sorra fina i blanca, que disposa de tots els serveis necessaris pels banyistes: lloguer d’hamaques i parasols, esquí nàutic, kayak, restaurants, dutxes, etc.
Un altra platja, un xic més allunyada del centre, és la de Canyelles, accessible des de Lloret a partir de la carretera que ens porta a Tossa de Mar. Es tracta de l’única platja que disposa de port nàutic (el qual es troba a la seva banda sud) a Lloret de Mar. Coberta també de sorra blanca, tan típica a la Costa Brava com la daurada, es troba envoltada d’un bosc frondós de pins, la qual cosa fa molt atractiu el seu entorn.
Altres platges de Lloret de Mar, igualment conegudes, la Platja de Fenals (a la cual es pot arribar per un camí de ronda), Sa Caleta, Cala Boadella, la Platja de Santa Cristina (aquesta darrera, situada entre dos gran pujols, protegida del vent i de les onades, per la qual cosa es tracta d’una platja molt tranquil·la), i la Platja Treumal.
El centre urbà ofereix també alguns punts d’interés turístic d’alt nivell. Al costat de la Cala Boadella, a sobre un penya-segat d’impressionants vistes, es troben els Jardins de Santa Clotilde, dissenyats en estil renacentista italià i que tenen una certa retirada amb els de Boboli o Giusti, a Itàlia.
Altres centres d’interés en el propi poble són el Castell de Sant Joan (l’interior del qual es pot visitar), la Casa Cabañas, el monument d’Apol·lo i Dafne, el monument a la Sardana i també el monument dedicat a la Dona Marinera, situat en la part sud de la Platja de Lloret de Mar.

Todo y que la ubicación del salón d desayunos es genial por sus vistas al mar, solo hay un camarero y el segundo día que había mas gente, no tenía ninguna mesa limpia y habían muchas vacias y el bufet estaba sin reponer, faltaba casi de todo. Hay que mejorar este servicio. |

расположение. в общем то, что вид был на стену соседнего дома оказалось - мелким пустяком, по сравнению с тем, с чем мне пришлось столкнутся потом... 1. Когда Вы приходите на завтрак, то за Вами внимательно наблюдает уборщица, с надеждой, что если она будет часто заглядывать Вам в тарелку, то Вы возьмете еды меньше, чем хотели взять. От этого заглядывания в рот, кушать уже не хочется... 2. В январе было холодно в номере и сквозняк!Да, кондиционер можно включить и на ночь, но он так жужжит, что уснуть - просто не реально. Так что у Вас есть два варианта: спать в тишине и холоде, либо засыпать под грохот старого кондишина. Выбор непростой ;) 3. Нет комнаты для багажа, как это есть во всех нормальных отелях. Но имеется - бокс для багажа, но за него Вы должны заплатить 2 евро. Кроме того, когда я спросила : "Где этот бокс?", то на ресепшене мне ответили так: " наверх на 1 этаж, направо, снова направо и там - бокс". Я в свою очередь объяснила, что не умею им пользоваться. Но, в ответ получила: "Вы идите попробуйте, разберитесь, а если у Вас не будет получатся, тогда придете ко мне и я вам помогу". Причем, по каким-то непонятным причинам, она не пошла со мной наверх разобраться с этим боксом для багажа. Было такое ощущение, что сотрудница отеля совсем ЗАБЫЛА, что разговаривает с ПОСЕТИТЕЛЕМ ОТЕЛЯ, а не с трудовым мигрантом! И что в ее обязанности, все-таки, должна входить помощь даже в мелких вопросах. Как например: оторвать свою попу от стула и показать гостю что, где и как работает. 4. В холле стоят весы. Но, чтобы взвесить 1 чемодан - заплатите 1 евро. 5. Но больше всего поразило, что если Вы подойдете на ресепшн и попросите распечатать Ваш посадочный талон (один черно-белый листочек А4), то не удивляйтесь что у Вас возьмут за это 20 центов. А то с меня - взяли. 6. Если Вы повесите на дверь табличку "Не беспокоить" и выйдете в магазин на 2 часа. |

The location is perfect! Be careful about the rooms without the see view and individual rooms. The wall view is not the same! I spent 4 days in January where there are no tourists in Lloret. Even though they had only 8 rooms occupied in the whole hotel they gave me an individual room with the wall view which was extremely small and uncomfortable. I asked twice in the recepcion but there was no good will. That was sad. |

Wonderful breakfasts - food, presentation and dining room on first floor. Lack of parking or even local solutions to parking. Glad we didn't come in busy season. Also the rooftop facilities in advert were not available. The food in restaurant was good but the setting in evenings poor. |

The receptionist, I believe her name was Gala, was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. First problem we had was parking - very limited - managed to get space near hotel eventually. Car parking charges quite steep and had to keep getting tickets every 2 hrs (max time allowed). Not good as we had to keep rushing back. Free at certain times but had to be up by 8am to pay for parking. Room very small, 1 double and 1 single bed, booked twin beds only. Shower really tiny - just about room for me (8st) but problem for partner. No seats on balcony. Air con had been turned off for season - they said it was no longer summer - it was 80 +deg and sun shining into room! One working light. Light by bed fell apart as I touched it - others had no bulbs. Could not plug in mini fridge and only other light (table lamp) available as only 1 socket. No drinks in minibar although advertised in lift special offer on minibar prices?!? Bought our own to put in fridge. Young man sent to try to sort out lighting - he was a waiter (very pleasant) - could not resolve problem! Seems we were given very small room - larger rooms shown on website. Wonder whether clients who book through agents, rather than direct, are given inferior rooms. We travel extensively and often find we are given rooms which are awaiting refurbishment or are smaller than those pictured. Only one lift - not good for a large hotel - should imagine when hotel full would be waiting a very long time if unable to use stairs. First time in Lloret for many years- thank goodnesss it was only for 1 night - has become very run down in my opinion. |

Далеко от дискотек, можно выспаться. Интернет работал. Была здесь лет 6-7 назад. Отель заметно подорожал, это нормально, но раньше были хорошие завтраки, а сейчас даже кофе лучше пить в другом месте! Не помешал бы ремонт. Шампуни положили только в первый день, хотя жила там 11 ночей. |

В общем ожидания не оправдались, отель не стоит своих денег. |

The location is almost the unique plus of this hotel, besides the really nice spa (jacuzzi) on the roof and sea view in a couple of rooms. It used to be a nice friendly beach hotel with modern design but it's not any more. Clearly in need of a good renovation and services of a strong marketing team. Too expensive for the limited services and poor quality offered (especially if you book directly in the hotel/its web, they can charge you the double price). Be ready that breakfast is literally only croissant+cheese+ham+coffee(served by the same receptionist, btw). They have a restaurant with terrace but it always closed or empty and dont invite to enter too much actually. No fridge neither natural light in some rooms and the single room is so small that seems like a train compartment. Good for 1-2 days for someone with limited budget. |

Понравилось абсолютно все. Номер был огромным (69-ый номер на 6-ом этаже), с видом на море. Засыпать и просыпаться под шум волн, выйти на балкон, выпить чашечку кофе, начать день с шикарного вида на море - что может быть лучше ;) такого просто нет :) |

Нам очень понравилось местоположение отеля - пляж в нескольких шагах, рядом улицы с магазинчиками, недалеко храм. Понравилось соотношение цены и качества, номера уютные, чистые, светлые, с нестарой мебелью, но довольно маленькие. Мы жили в номере на 3 человек, но мне кажется, что он рассчитан только на двоих. Если вам попадется номер, совмещенный с соседним, то будьте уверены, что будете слышать все, о чем даже шепотом говорят соседи. Но если они среди ночи включат музыку, можно позвонить на ресепшн, и они успокоят нарушителей покоя. |

отличное расположение. море через дорогу, торговая улица - прямо за отелем. на улице вечером шумновато, но окна с хорошей звукоизоляцией спасают. зато внутри стены бумажные, слышен любой чих. некоторые номера соединяются дверьми. убираются в комнатах откровенно плохо, белье за неделю не поменяли, повсюду жирные следы от рук не одного поколения постояльцев. и самый большой недостаток: в основном постояльцы - наши соотечественники среднего класса. такая же ситуация с Platja de Lloret в общем. если позволяют средства лучше поселиться в соседнем районе Platja de Fenals. |

Отличное расположение.Перед отелем небольшой бульвар, на котором несколько открытых ресторанчиков. Бульвар отделяет отель от дороги вдоль пляжа, поэтому шум от дороги невысокий.Доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. Звукоизоляция неплохая, если нет маловменяемых орущих ночью соседей, хлопающих дверью с размаха (соотечественников, увы...).До автостанции ходьбы не более 10 минут.Впечатление, что номера недавно отремонтированы, всё чистенько и комфортно, всё оборудование исправно,большие зеркала во всех помещениях зрительно увеличивают пространство номера. Даже электрические часы с будильником есть в номере. Завтрак. Колбаса несъедобна - в неё не положили не только мясного, даже вкусовых добавок пожалели - странная масса с химическим вкусом. Бр-р-р! А кофе вполне хорош! Остается заказывать мини-завтрак: кофе + круассан. |

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację - 30 sekund po wyjściu z hotelu i jesteśmy na plaży. Pokoje z widokiem na morze rewelacyjne. Czystość pokoi - bez zastrzeżeń. Generalnie hotel bardzo dobry. Mieszkając na 5 piętrze kilka razy nie działała winda. Po przyjeździe do hotelu 15 minut czekaliśmy na recepcji na pojawienie się kogokolwiek. Obsługa pokoi w ogóle nie mówi po angielsku. |

Расположение отличное, 5 минут до пляжа. Хороший и дружелюбный персонал. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. В номере холодильник, плоский телевизор, душ, фен, небольшой шкаф и кровать. В номере какой-никакой а есть кондиционер. Есть лифт. Все недостатки номера и гостиницы перекрываются близостью к морю. Но отель не подходит для тех, кто не любит шум - возле отеля набережная и куча ресторанчиков, и до утра шумно гуляют:) Номера старые и очень маленькие. При заселении нам сначала дали очень плохой и грязный номер (расположение на лестничной клетке с видом на мусорку - номер 26). В ванной с потолка бежала вода. Но при первых жалобах номер поменяли на лучший. Номер с видом на море за доп. плату - около 300 евро. В номерах тонкие стены и хорошая слышимость: было слышно кашель и любовные вздохи соседей:) Очень старые кровати (матрасы и подушки), постельное белье за 9 дней нашего пребывания ни разу не меняли. |

I liked that I had everything I needed room eg hair dryer..long length mirror, fridge, balcony. Space in room..staff very polite patient, helpful my room was not cleaned after first night and when I returned to my room my patio was open and my belongings had Bern looked and safe and wardrobe was open!! My clothes had been moved all so..this made me very scared and upset the reception that was on shift was very helpful.in my room the floor was dirty, the room just didn't seem clean.. |

Very good location. Hotel is situated in fron of the beach. Room and hotel itself was very clean. Towels changed every day. Hotel has elevator. Bathroom was really comfortable. Breakfast at additional price 5€ for just coffee, juice and croissant. No free parking near the hotel although parking on the streets is free of charge. When booking room with balcony please keep in mind that there is 2 types of balconies: with sea view and with street view. We got the last one and need to say that balcony wasn´t comfortable (windows of the opposite house were right next to us). |

Nothing..it was a DISASTER...Ascueroso..!!! On arrival I was informed that individual rooms were extremely small and was offered a larger room..at a cost of course.The room was indeed very small... The receptionist offered to show me another room which was much bigger/for three pax. The cost was two thirds more than I had already paid..my booking was for two nights... The hotels offer for breakfast was a joke..I Was charged extra for butter and jam !!!! The room was dirty and I found three very long hairs in the bathroom.Towels were poor standard.. My booking was prepaid otherwise I would have moved two doors away to a four star which was cheaper and much more luxurious. ..I would not recommend this hotel to anyone... |
