The two members of staff we encountered were very helpful and could speak English. The hotel complex is of a luxury standard with excellent outdoor facilities for relaxing and eating. We were unfortunate to stay in the middle of November, on a Sunday, in the middle of a prolonged rainstorm accompanied by high winds. Our discomfort was significantly heightened by the fact that the hotel restaurant was closed for a month and there were absolutely no alternatives at the hotel, even for just light meals. I feel that a four star hotel should not leave their guests bereft of any facility for food in the evening. In November, on a Sunday, there was just one restaurant open within about twenty miles of the hotel, and not a great one at that. If you are thinking of staying in November, don't, unless you are on a fast!!!!! |

Excellent food in the restaurant, friendly staff and very comfortable. Ample room size. The quality of the cooking is a clear plus for this hotel, very convenient for the Plaja de Pals Golf Course. In addition they have discounted green fees. The bathroom installations were a bit tired, but they all functioned correctly and well. |

Most staff were excellent. The pool was wonderful to use and a good length. The beds are extremely comfortable and shower very powerful (the best of a 2 week trip). The GR-92 (cami-de-ronda) path is very close with good snorkelling. Also the is a very good 'al forno' pizza restaurant down the road (last in the line of restaurants on the way to the beach). The use of the spa is not included the room price (it is charged per hour as private use). One of the female morning staff members was not particularly helpful or friendly. |

Temperatura muy elevada en las habitaciones sin posibilidad de ragulacion. Los precios del restaurante obligan a salir fuera del hotel. Se entiende que haya una carta selecta y menu degustacion, pero se echa de menos una opcion mas asequible. No es necesario un menu de 15 €, uno alrededor de 30 € por ejemplo. Igual con los precios del bar cafeteria. No vimos un solo huesped consumiendo en la esplendida sala de que dispone el hotel. |

Evidentemente estamos ante uno de los mejores hoteles de la costa brava, lo tienen muy cuidado, como corresponde a un hotel que no es de cadena y que tiene propietarios con gusto y dedicacion que viven las 24 horas su hotel. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas, el desayuno espectacular, el jardin inigualable, relacion calidad/precio optima y lo mejor el personal, profesional y super-amable. Un 10! Nada. |
