The location of the Hotel is very fine. Every morning when I got up, the view from my room was very refreshing and beautiful. It was lovely to have such a view. Also I liked the ambience which was typically European and ethnic. The ac plant of the hotel was never On. It was really uneazy to sleep in. Also the water was lukewarm and took good fifteen minutes before it was good to take bath. |

This is a beautiful hotel, much nicer and more modern than it appeared in photos, very good for a romantic getaway. The rear terrace faces the green mountains, very picturesque and quiet. Great beds, great shower and best water pressure we had in all of Spain (out of 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip). Lovely lobby. The parking is free but the lot seemed a bit small when we pulled in and we parked somewhat questionably. We later found out there was underground parking as well, but if you arrive after midnight the door will be locked and a security guard has to let you in. Not a big deal really, in the face of how terrific everything else at this place is! |

Exceptuant el tema dels llits, la resta tot bé. En el web, al fer la reserva, hi havia expressa l'opció de llit doble o dos llits individuals. Nosaltres vam triar un llit doble i en arribar a l'Hotel ens van dir que totes les habitacions d'aquesll tipus eren amb dos llits individuals i que d'aquell preu només en tenien una amb llit doble i que estava ocupada. Quan els vam preguntar perquè no estava desactivada l'opció i perquè no ens havien avisat, ens van contestar que ells no en sabien res d'aquella opció i que era cosa de Booking. Som usuaris d'aquest web i per aquest motiu ens agradaria saber de qui es responsabilitat de cara a futures reserves. Gràcies. |

Spacious room with a nice balcony. Breakfast was superb! Location is good because it's just 10 minutes walk to the centre and has beautiful views of the hills all around. Close to the walking district of the volcanoes/ forests. Fridge (mini bar). Free wifi in room. Free parking at hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sound proof rooms, with really good beds! The interior is a bit old fashioned, but still very ok. |
