El televisor massa petit per veure'l des del llit. La dutxa no disposa de "dutxa de telèfon" per la qual cosa és un pel incòmode. La température de la salle de bains- à peine agréable-, de l'eau chaude pour la douche-plutot tiéde- et surtout le fait que le spa n'était pas en mesure de fonctionner et nous n'en étions pas informé, malgré ma demande. Nous avions réservé dans cet hotel pour le spa!! |

El servicio fue muy amable, se nota que son los mismos dueños del hotel. El entorno muy tranquilo, un lugar fácil de desconectar y poder relajarse. Nos dimos cuenta que es perfecto para ir con familia, con los niños. Seguro que repetiremos este próximo invierno. La cama no la encontramos comoda del todo, estamos acostumbrados a otro tipo de estructura. La proxima vez pediremos habitación en la casa para ver si son diferentes. |

The pool was lovely. The staff friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious.Very relaxing atmosphere. We were in one of the modern rooms - so easy to clean well, and there was a centimetre of fluff under the beds - visible as you sat in the chairs provided. In our block there was shards of broken glass behind the door which remained there for 4 days - this was directly out onto the pool exactly where you would be walking potentially with barefoot. |

Excellent friendly and attentive staff who did everything to help us enjoy our stay. We had a booking initially for two nights expecting to explore further, stayed for four and after visiting another area we came back for a further night! Setting and location excellent with great views over countryside and Palafrugell towards the sea beyond, plus facilities, quality of accommodation and food all of very high standard. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family. Leaving at the end of our trip! |
