Generally excellent hotel with first-class staff, although obviously pretty quiet at the back end of the season: weather a bit chilly for the pool! Junior suite very functionally comfortable, but décor rather bleak: nothing on the white walls at all. |

Nos ha gustado la habitacion suite, es grande y bonita. Servicio de masages muy bien! La comida fatal!! Fideuá para 2 , 30€ en platos de plastico . Fish&Chips fatal, la niña no quiso ni provarlo. En general comida de muy muy baja calidad incluso desayuno, mi marido no comio nada durante dos dias. Camarera de bar interior se acerco a nuestra mesa, pidio a mi marido que quiere, el pidio una clara, y se fue sin prejuntar a mi y a mi niña si queremos algo, muy mala experiencia. Poca atencion en general en los bares y restaurantes. |

Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne Poollanfschaft und liegt direkt am Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Der Preis für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Das Hotel hätte eher 3 als 4 Sterne verdient. Die Räumlichkeiten sind alt und finster und teilweise vernachlässigt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig (Haare, Staub, Krümel im Badezimmer usw.). Die Liegestühle beim Pool sind ausgeleiert und unbequem. |

(a) Der Schwimmingpool - es gibt etwas separat eine 15m Schimmbahn, geeignet auch für Sportschwimmer. Auch die angebotene Aqua-Gym Session war recht gut. (b) Nähe zum Golfplatz (c) die Rezeption hilft bei allen Angelegenheiten unkompliziert. Wir haben sogar einige sehr gute Restaurantipps aus der Umgebeung bekommen. (a) Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist leider sehr begrenzt. Es gab nur Orangensaft aus aufgelösten Pulver. (b) Die Preise für Snacks und Getränke am Pool sind völlig überteuert - die Qualität ist mittelmässig. Mein Mojito zu 10 Euro das Glass hatte mehr Eis als Geschmack. (c) Die Klimaanlage kommt bei hohen Temperaturen nicht mit. Wir mussten sie 24 Stunden durchlaufen lassen um einigermassen akzeptable Temperaturen im Raum zu haben. (d) Für die gebuchte Preisklasse hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon/Terrasse. Ich habe noch nie ein so teueres Hotel ohne Balkon gehabt. (e) Auf dem Parkplastz stehen vereinzelte Pinien. Eine Nacht und etwas Wind machten aus meinem Wagen ein "harzbeschichtetes" Fahrzeug. Ich sitze immer noch an der Reinigung des Lackes. Das Hotel gab keine Hinweise darauf, obwohl klar ersichtlich war, das auch andere Fahrzeuge von diesen Harztropfen getroffen wurden - es also kein punktuelles Problem ist. (f) Preis/Leistung stimmen zumindest in der Hochsaison nicht. (g) zum Abendessen, sofern nicht im Hotel, muss man schon viele Kilometer bis nach Plas, Begur oder Toroella de Montgri fahren. |

El socorrista muy profesional y atento. Las instalaciones aunque sucias muy bonitas. La piscina del hotel estaba sucísima de una tormenta que hubo el día anterior y no la limpiaron en dos días. En el hotel había una plaga de mosquitos enormes y en la habitación cuando lleguemos habían mas de 10 mosquitos y tuvimos que llamar a la chica de servicio que echará anti mosquitos. Luego la habitación muy sencilla para un 4 estrellas y el respiradero del techo muy grande, se veían todos los tubos y el cemento. La verdad nos decepciono bastante |

El personal es acogedor, atento, eficiente, nada agobiante y no denota servilismo. Dentro de estas calidades hay que resaltar la capacidad de adaptación lingüística al cliente, por iniciativa propia, facilitando la relación y haciéndola más natural (las animo a conseguir el 100%, especialmente en la recepción). The hotel should be very good for families with children, because the beach is perfect for children. The staff at reception is very helpful and friendly. Advice for the travelers, who don't want to stay on the beach all the time: rent a car and visit Calella de Palafrugell (very nice town and beautiful place, just 15km from Pals, mountains and sea, very green...perfect) and Cadaques (there is the museum of Salvador Dali...but note, it's necessary to reserve tickets to museum on the web. It's impossible to visit it without previous reservation). The rooms should be renovated a little. That's why, I suppose, a room rate is overvalued. One comment about the restaurant: the choice of dishes is not big, but it's not a problem (everything, what we've tried, were very tasty). But there is some problem with wine: red wines were too warm (even, if it was mentioned in the menu the wine temperature 13C, 15C...it was near 24C or even more). A little bit boring in the hotel, if you are not golf-player. The hotel is located far from the city-center. You can get there just by taxi or if you rent a car. |

the staff were friendly and efficient and the golf course conveniently located.The beach was also easily accessible and hotel was in close proximity to some scenic cliffs. the price per night at 180 euro for a basic 4 star property devoid of luxuries was atrocious.My two friends staying in similar rooms got at price of 106 euro per night just because they had booked 2 weeks before me.And my booking was not sudden but over 2 months before our staying dates. Also transfers by taxi from Barcelona airport and too some nearby courses were horribly expensive @ 215 Euro and 30 euro respectively.The hotel had no bus facility to facilitate golf transfers at least and they do not help in reducing prices.I would not return to this hotel at these prices. |
