Чистый отель, все работает. Есть лифт. Есть бассейн, но маленький и на -1 этаже. Есть джакузи, но платный. Недалеко от магазинчиков и кафешек. Завтрак неплохой: чай, кофе, сок, разные виды мюслей и колбас. Можно сделать тосты. Куча пирожных. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Самый большой минус отеля(и единственный), плохая шумоизоляция между комнатами. Нам не повезло с соседями, которые шумели ночью и не давали спать. Нету телефона в номере, чтобы можно было связаться с ресепшн. Нету туалетных принадлежностей. На завтраке очень не хватало яичницы. Хотелось бы чтобы стоимость была пониже. |

They nicely upgraded my room from the tiny budget single-bed cupboard and shower I was planning on having to a very decently plush double-bed room with balcony and full bath! The hotel was not full in October, so they could do that. The room I had tended to the luxury end of the spectrum (safe, svelte lighting, large modern painting above the bed, swanky bathroom).without quite getting there (tiny 10in deep cupboard). Other times in the same hotel I've had the "budget" version room! I really enjoyed the balcony over the main street. The hotel still seems to be run by the owner, with a couple of staff, so it's friendly. It's very petite, but they've plainly been able to up the quality per square meter over the years. The room doors are good solid affairs, the doors lock on closing with no key required, there's marble most places, etc. There's even a tiny swimming pool up top, though I forgot to go see it this visit, so I can't speak to it. If one can get the kind of room I had for the price I paid, it's well worth it! Very nice. If not, then the budget-class room is a downer by comparison, albeit cheap. For me, as I was commuting out, the situation a couple of minutes from the bus station and the main supermarket and other shops is a real plus. Far preferable to being stuck in the tourist areas by the beach. Free wifi! 5E deposit for remote control for TV (I didn't bother - internet radio worked fine). Paying beforehand for everything .. drink, food, breakfast (I didn't bother). It's strange. |

La ubicación La habitación era para una persona y eramos tres,todo minúsculo y de difícil acceso, nos pusieron en la 4ª planta y el único medio de acceder era por el ascensor, no había salida de emergencias y lo más parecido a una puerta de emergencia estaba cerrada con llave y la cerradura rota, sin plano de evacuación, sin extintor y cuando trasmitimos nuestro malestar a la dirección, nos respondieron que nunca había pasado nada y que si hubiera que evacuar, pues con saltar de azotea en azotea ya estaba. El desayuno se paga a parte y lo único que se salva son los embutidos y el pan, el zumo estaba en mal estado. Bueno nuestra estancia fue pésima y el servicio aún más. Muy mal recuerdo y lógicamente no lo recomiendo |

I stayed at the Hermes for the first time with a friend, The hotel was very well priced for two single rooms. The rooms themselves were very small, but I knew that from the photos. I suspect even after seeing the size In the photos and the reality was that things were tighter than I had realised. The bathroom was very small, and very difficult to use the sink, as the toilet was right in front , so shaving and brushing teeth was very difficult. The shower was small, but very good water pressure and constant hot water. The room itself was very clean, and a nice small balcony with two chairs, but my friends room was not that clean, and had sand and hairs over the floor. The television never worked, I reported this but nothing was actually done about it. The air conditioner was very effective. There is no soap supplied, so remember to bring your own ! The Lady who runs the Hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not included and costs €5 for a Buffett breakfast, even though there was a selection of meats, cheese and bread, I personally found it not very pleasant at all, the coffee was nasty, and the orange juice very watered down, and if you wanted breakfast you had to let the hotel know by 4:00 pm the previous day, for the rest of our stay we had breakfast at Bar Panos which was €5.25 for a delicious Cooked breakfast, which included 2 slices of toast, nice coffee and ice cool orange juice. The hotel had a nice bar with beer at $1 a bottle. I found charging deposits in each TV remote control and Air conditioner control of €5 each, made us feel like potential thieves, something I have never come across before. On the whole it was very Friendly there, and cheap, and some plus points ,but would I stay again, possibly not. Es un hotelito familiar, muy bien situado, a unos 10 minutos de la playa andando. Muy cerca del centro. Hay varios Parkings cerca para aparcar, uno de ellos cuesta 5 €/día y a 10 minutos uno que es gratis. Tossa de Mar es muy bonito. Merece la pena conocerla. Si vuelvo a Tossa volveré al hotel Hermes. Nada. |

The staff were fantastic! So friendly and couldn´t do enough to help. Recommended good sights and resturants. The bar and terrace were great, warm cozy feel and the booze was so cheap! Big thumbs up!! The room was a bit small but liveable for 2 people so no worries |

This small hotel was friendly and clean and the continental breakfast good. The staff were friendly and welcoming.We were with our daughter and her boyfriend who were pleased with the offer provided. The tariff represented value for money. The hotel is in a good central location a five minute walk to the beach, the old town and castle and to the walking trails that take you into the surrounding hills. We would happily return to this hotel. Facilities are old, but the hotel is confortable enough. |

Teniendo en cuenta los precios que rondan en los establecimientos hoteleros de la localidad, es uno de los más económicos y ajustados en relación calidad-precio. Buenísima atención personal. Hay que ser consciente de que el aparcamiento en Tossa en plan "en la puerta" es muy complicado. El consejo práctico para futuros visitantes sería descargar los bultos en la puerta del hotel y dejar dormir el coche durante toda la estancia cerca de la zona del ambulatorio (a 10 pasos del hotel). |
