Le personnel était très attentif et très à l'écoute de nos moindres désirs. Accueil en français et informations sur l’hôtel et la ville dès notre arrivée. Le service est exceptionnel, la chambre est faite plusieurs fois par jour ; le petit dejeuner est très copieux et très varié.A recommander sans hésitation... à recommencer !

Hotel con un trato personal excelente, la habitación era amplísima y equipada al detalle, con un baño espectacular y todo muy muy limpio. Fueron muy amables y detallistas en el trato, lograron que nuestro fin de semana fuera aún mejor. Felicidades!! :)

El servicio inmejorable, pese al mal tiempo y que era temporada baja, nos hicieron sentir en un solo fin de semana, como si fueran unas vacaciones fantasticas. El desayuno muy bueno y las habitaciones enormes y cuidadas al maximo.

el hotel un lujo, cada rincón de él tiene su encanto, su perfecta iluminación , el detalle de poder ver películas, todo pensado y la habitación espectacular, tranquilidad y paz para relajarse un fin de semana sin niños. Las propietarias encantadoras en todo momento. Seguro que volveremos. No os perdáis pasear por el pueblo y ver la fantástica Catedral.

Absolutely great, state of the art hotel, modern yet in a old refurbished building without any default whatsoever. Staff is just wonderful, helping you in every possible way, still remaining undisturbing. Even had a half bottle of Cava offered. Breakfast is delicious. Region offers many interesting area and small villages, wine producers, and all Dhali museums.

Doesn't have a restaurant for diner.

El trato genial. Nada más llegar nos cogieron las maletas y nos enseñaron las instalaciones, piscina, comedor, sala de lectura... Más tarde nos acompañaron a la habitación y nos enseñaron un poco como funcionaban las cosas (nos alojamos en la suite del jacuzzi). Esta muy bien que tengan una mini colección de películas, las cuales puedes coger y subírtelas a la habitación para verlas tranquilamente. A la hora del desayuno estaban súper atentas, en el momento que cogías un croassant, o yogur, corriendo a reponer otro, para q nunca faltara de nada.

Lo único malo, quizá el precio excesivo del parking. Pero afortunadamente en los alrededores del hotel hay zonas azules súper bien de precio.

Une merveille de petite ville et un hôtel très très agréable, une suite magnifique, avec un grand merci à Dolores, Louisa et Lourdes pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ; c'est sympa d'avoir 3 ou 4 petits restos tout près (on fait out à pied !) avec une petite préférence pour "Les Volts" ; nous reviendrons c'est sùr !

L'accueil très chaleureux, en français. La prise en charge des bagages, les conseils de visite, la demi-bouteille de champagne espagnol, la finesse du buffet de petit-déjeuner.

Vu le niveau de l'accueil et des prestations, la tenue vestimentaire me semble trop décontractée.

Ha sido una estancia muy bonita. La habitación 203 es muy amplia y bonita. De las mejores vistas a la basílica. La bañera hidromasaje genial para estar 2 personas cómodas. El personal muy agradable. Detallista y todo muy limpio. Ha sido una grata sorpresa. Totalmente recomendable.

El hotel era una casa señorial que han restaurado con realmente buen gusto. La atención del personal fue más que exquisita en todo momento. Cuando sales de la habitación hay que dejar la llave en recepción, y aprovechan para entrar y poner todo en orden nuevamente. Botella de cava y chuches de bienvenida, etc... Muy cerca de Roses, y en 15 minutos estás en la playa. En fin, magnífico. Sin duda, volveremos.

En nuestra visita a la Costa Brava, decidimos alojarnos tres noches en este hotel por su ubicación, y fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer. Ya no sólo por la localización y la paz y tranquilidad que se respira en Castelló d'Empúries, sino por el lujo y el mimo con el que te tratan. Ha sido la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido en un Hotel.

Només una qüestió purament anecdótica, perque no té importància, però el soroll (algun tipus de maquinària...) en el pati interior fa que no poguis gaudir det tot de la terrassa. Però no resulta gens molest des de l'interior de la cambra, ni tan sols s'escolta.

Very friendly helpful staff, attentive and very gracious. Hotel was clean well appointed and the breakfast was fabulous. This was really a wonderful experience.

Service was excellent, room was big and very comfortable. Had a very relaxing stay and with a few little restaurants and shops nearbye all we really needed. Very central- 15 mins to coast and Dali Museum at Figueres.

Parking adjacent to the hotel was sometimes difficult but there was always ample parking 2/3 mins walk away. Don't let this put you off.

The room was superb with all facilities including dressing gowns, toiletries, terrace with table and chairs. Also provided, for all Brits, is a kettle with tea and coffee. The staff are excellent and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They guided us personally to the car park and helped us with bags and bikes on arrival and departing. Instructions to the hotel through the beautiful maze of streets were precise and if followed you could not go wrong. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and pastries as well as cheeses and hams and cereals. Outside there is a lovely terrace with chairs and tables and loungers around a small pool. The architecture of the hotel is superb with vaulted ceilings throughout. Castello itself is a beautiful small medieval town with several good restaurants and bars including Hotel Canet and Voltes in a nearby square. The area is superb for bird life and very flat for cycling with magnificent panoramas of the Pyrennees. All this within 10 minutes of the sea by car and easy reach of the magnificent Cap de Creus. A really enjoyable weekend and would definitely recommend Hotel Moneda, but save a room for us please.

Everything was wonderful. The service, friendliness and level of detail was outstanding. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are beautiful, pool and terrace fantastic and breakfast delicious.
