Great location and the cafe and restaurant were excellent. 15 minute walk to the Dali Museum and the centre with lots of shops and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and went out of the way to make sure we found everything we were looking for. The location is perfect for reaching by car. Trains to and from downtown Barcelona run quite frequently providing visitors the opportunity to stay in a smaller city and still reach the larger centres safely.

Very nice hotel, rich breakfast, helpful personnel. We really liked it.

Far from city center had to walk 20-25 min on foot every day. Unfortunately there was no bus available.

Good location for a car trip to Figueres. Close enough to the city centre, but with ample space to park the car. Our very late (almost 23:00) dinner in the hotel restaurant with great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hairdryer was overheating before it could dry my girlfriends hair. Also the WiFi is free for an unlimited number of devices, but the session is dropped automatically after a few idle minutes, requiring you to re-enter login details.

Upgraded to a larger room due to my wife in a wheelchair at no further cost

The hotel was exceptionally good value, the staff were the friendliest hotel staff we have come across in a long time, the location was great, free parking, our little dog was welcomed, the docor was tasteful, it was very clean, the breakfast was good ... all in all an excellent hotel and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with directions to museums etc and also for organising taxi to station on day of departure. I was treated very well in the Restaurant which like the hotel was excellent and very good value.

For our planned short break the Hotel was idealy situated, 10 minutes short and pleasent walk into the city centre and meusems with the costas ( Greek/Roman ruins and the campo ( the volcanos well worth visiting) within 30 minutes car ride. A well presented and efficiently run hotel. Would certainly visit again.

The officious attitude of one member of the restaurant staff ( not the restrauant manager)marks the staff rating as good, otherwise apart from this one remark it would have been excellent

The hotel is in a good location, the room was spacious and well appointed and the reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and the restaurant was calm and pleasant; the meals were very sensibly priced.

The car park has insufficient parking space. There was a particularly unhelpful waiter on the breakfast service who made it an art form to ignore/not see guests requesting to be served coffee/tea and when he finally deigned to serve them he would do so only AFTER having served other guests who had only just entered the restaurant and barely sat down! On one occasion I waited for nearly 15 minutes while he busied around clearing tables etc before he decided to pour me another coffee.

Wi Fi was atrocious. Every single guest was complaining and trying to get connection! It simply did not work.

Everything, especially how clean the rooms are, very good restaurant open late at night, friendly staff. Location is excellent: easy to find by car (on N highway that becomes one of the main city streets), literally 20-min walk to the Dali Museum. Parking is spacious and free. I was allowed to leave my car there for quite a few hours after I checked out. Wonderful WiFi.

We like the way they were so friendly and not fazed when our train was 2 hours late and we booked in at about 10 pm. They helpfully showed us how to walk to the car hire offices and provided a easy to read map to get us there. They provided soya milk which was helpful to my wife and the breakfast bread especially was good, brown bread as well.

Advertised bar snacks 11am to 11pm although not available until 8pm. We had to find other venue to eat after a 5 hour drive!!

I like the helpfulness of the staff. I like the location for the work I am here doing. I like the food available at the Hotel and the hours at which it is available.

No English speaking channels on the Television in the rooms.

It was exceptionally clean from the entrance to the halls to the room and bathroom - something I haven't found enough of on my travels. Also a friendly staff and excellent dining room with helpful waiters.

The town itself, except for the Dali museum, wasn't much to speak of and the hotel was a very long walk from the train station but very close to a major highway - so better for drivers.

Very surprised at how modern and comfortable this reasonably priced hotel was. Food was very good. Not far from Roses and other popular resorts. Although on main road the Hotel Ronda was well insulated from noise. The bed and pillows were very very comfortable.

Some people might find the traffic noise a bit off putting, but it's an hotel that you go out during the day exploring the area.

We received a very warm welcome from reception and our evening meal was very good and very reasonably priced. We would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
