Noise from the street. Air conditioning heats instead of cooling. Narrow shower cubicle. Have to ring the door everytime during entrance.

Everything!! Almost. We loved the staff, location, price, incredibly clean rooms, very comfortable, good price.

Smoke in our room, and in all common areas. Even though it is marked "no smoking" everywhere. Lots of noise in the night, very thin walls!

Cosy hotel 5 minutes walking to the citycentre. My room was very clean the staff was kind and polite. I would recommend it also for the price/quality ratio.

There's no possibility to have breakfast inside the hotel but you could buy it in a close bar for 3,50 Euros

Friendly staff, good wifi, great location.

Had to go to another café for breakfast, down the road, which was inconvenient. also, the cleaners in the morning were very loud and didn't really think about the other guests who might have been having a late lie-in!

The hotel staff is kind and considerate, with 24 hour doorman, which is quite convenient. Room cleaning is daily and the room is comfortable, though a bit small.

The biggest problem and that can be decisive in the choice, is the fact that there is not a bit of soundproofing in the room. From the tap spilling in the neighbor room to any little noise on the premises around the hotel, the room seems to got every sound, which makes it impossible for a good sleep. Anyway, the relationship quality - price is still kept positive.

It's proximity to all services (buses, rail and airport). Centrally located (shops, bars and the food market are all close by. Ideally for any person(s) as a city trip, just the right size. You have to check the walls of the city out, great views of the town and river below. And lads, if their for the weekend get along to support Girona FC, just on the outskirts towards the main camp of the University, it always pays to be involved with the local teams. Very friendly people, especially when you are in trouble(Language), patient. The staff were genuine and lovely, room service was great. Weather fantastic what more would you want.

There was nothing to not dislike, I was there for the right amount of time (for me). There was no breakfast included in the price, that suited me fine as food market round the corner (not aldi, the proper market). No tea making facilities, there is a machine on the 1st floor (tea, coffee, biscuits, soft drinks, the usual sort of thing) but once again, as for me, that was fine, coffee shop on the corner.

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway or bus station. There is a taxi-rank near the hotel also if you need a taxi. The staff were helpful. There are a number of restaurants, at least one of which remains open late at night, if you arrive late and need something to eat. The nearset one opens quite early so yo9u can have breakfast there.

It's not a criticism as you pay for what you get but the bedrooms are small and the en-suites are tiny.

Definitely well sign-posted from bus/rail station and only 5 minutes walk through what I found to be deserted streets during my midnight arrival and 5am departure. Efficient, friendly check-in from a happy, smiling receptionist who provided the free WiFi key without asking. You’ll not lose the room key, as it is on a gigantic key-ring! Take advantage of the lift to the 5th floor, single room at the back of the hotel with a view of other buildings, but enough sky to indicate the weather. Efficient blackout shutters that take a little ingenuity to operate. Room has a larger than average single bed with sheet/blankets, work desk, small flat screen tv, bedside table with telephone, wardrobe, laundry bag, luggage storage space and toilet/shower room. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, soap, shower gel and shampoo replenished every day. Room space quite adequate and the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Lounge has automatic vending machines for snacks [chocolate / crisps / soft drinks and beer] and also a coffee / hot chocolate machine. The small street entrance and reception area hide the tardis like interior, which provides a safe, compact, yet fully functional, economical place to stay for those seeking to explore the City, which is within 5 minutes walk.

Shower works well, but is very small. There is an ‘art’ to sticking the wet shower curtain to the walls to avoid turning the bathroom into a swimming pool. Sound-proofing could be better, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were smallish but adequate. Excellent location.

The shower was very small and there was no fresh tea or coffee available.
