It is a 5-room house of 180 m2 on 2 levels, spacious and bright, comfortable and stylish furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Exit to the swimming pool. There are 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The kitchen has oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. There are also exit to the terrace and Shower/WC and Gas heating. On the upper floor there are 1 large room 25 m2 with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. There is also 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping possibilities.
Further facilities include parquet floors, large terrace, terrace furniture, barbecue, washing machine and access to the bedroom with sloping ceilings is via the main bedroom.

Comme Castelló d’Empúries, Peralada est une ancienne cité médiévale dotée d’un riche patrimoine architectural.
Elle fut siège d’un comté rattaché par la suite à celui d’Empúries. Les édifices seigneuriaux y ont été conservés comme nulle part ailleurs. Elle compte également de beaux monuments, comme le couvent gothique d’El Carme, le cloître roman de Sant Domènec et le château des Rocabertí (xive s.), dont la riche bibliothèque conserve plusieurs incunables et premières éditions. À noter également le casino et les jardins, qui accueillent un prestigieux festival de musique et de danse. Peralada produit des vins et du cava (vin mousseux méthode champenoise) d’excellente qualité.
Les habitants des environs y vont souvent prendre un verre de cava, qu’ils dégustent avec du pain à la tomate accompagné de charcuteries.
