The apartment is in a modern apartment block "Nautic" with 5 storeys. It is in the district of Club Nautic, 300 m from the centre of Empuriabrava with excellent location. It is right in the centre but still quiet, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, located by a road.
In the complex there are a restaurant, bar, fitness room, massage (all extra) and lift. Supermarket is 400 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakers, café 50 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Figueres" 12 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 800 m, diving center 2 km away from the apartment. Sports harbour is 100 m, golf course 12 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 3 km, sports centre 50 m away.
Nearby attractions include Túnel de viento Empuriabrava (3 km), Parque Aquatico Roses (10 km), Casino y Festival de Perelada (12 km), Museo Dalí Figueres (15 km), Ruïnes de Empuries (21 km).
The apartment complex is in a very good position in the middle of the yacht harbour with pretty pedestrian zone, boutiques, bars, restaurants and many terraces. A swimming pool (extra) is situated in the sports centre which is part of the complex.
It is a 3-room apartment (55 m2) on 2nd floor. It has a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV and with exit to the balcony. There are one room with 1 french bed and one room with 2 beds (90 cm) The open kitchen has 2 hotplates, micro wave, freezer and grill. There is also a Bath/showerWC and a separate WC. A balcony also belong to the apartment with terrace furniture. You can also enjoy the view of the port.

Santa Margarida i Empuriabrava són dues grosses marines residencials dels anys 60 del segle xx amb canals navegables i un aeròdrom que ha passat a ser un referent internacional de paracaigudisme. Terra, mar i aire, una oferta turística que contrasta amb el silenci dels veïns aiguamolls.
El Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, recer d’ocells migratoris en el seu vol anual d’Europa cap a l’Àfrica, concentra més de 300 espècies d’aus. Les llacunes es combinen amb les closes (prats de pastura limitats per recs i canals) i els cortals o cases de pagès, en una autèntica simbiosi de paisatges naturals i culturals.
Ruta inevitable per a amants de les aus (cigonyes, flamencs, ànecs...) i lloc de descobriment per als qui gaudeixen del passeig.

* Le calme * La présence d'une boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble * La proximité du port pour les ballades le soir * Le parking privée gratuit mentionnée n’existe pas (du coup, il faut trouver une place sur un parking public bondé et éviter de se garer aux emplacement bleu (TICKET) plus proches mais payants (max 2 h et gratuit de 22h à 6 h du matin) sinon gare à l'amende !!!) * La piscine en photos est PA YANTE (6 Euros par adulte et gratis pour les moins de 5 ans uniquement !!!) * La distance à la plage (800 m) fait que le prix (900 mi aout) ) est cher et à éviter pour les enfants en bas age qui ne veulent pas marcher !! * Pas de séparation avec les voisins sur la terrasse car vis à vis (pas d'intimité ) |
