Two floors detached villa situated at the seafront of a residential area in Sant Pere Pescador. The house has three spacious bedrooms. terrace upstairs overlooking the sea and a beautiful garden with private pool 3.5 x 7 m size and wooden deck. The house is located only 300m from the sea. In low season the pool water can be heated a few degrees thanks to a special solar panel system. There s room to park one vehicle inside the property and also in front of the house.
