Nos encontramos muy bien un trato muy familiar y agradable las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas la verdad que vamos a repetir cuando podamos.

La verdad es que debido a la relación calidad precio, yo destacaría practicamente todo. Ubicación excelente, trato personal recibido, instalaciones...

La única pega que encontramos fué que el lavabo era muy pequeño, la verdad es que no me había duchado nunca en un espacio tan reducido.

La gentillesse des propriétaire et leurs bons conseils. Petit déjeuner à volonté. La situation de l'hôtel car non loin des restaurants et de la plage tout en se trouvant dans une rue calme.

Hostal Alba is perfectly situated in Tossa,a few minutes of walk away from the town center and the beaches. The place is nice and clean, run by extremely kind and helpful people. The breakfast was simple but generous and complete. In the end, we had a very good stay and found our expense well valued.

Although this family run hostal is quite simple and hasn't a lift, Marta and her family are charming, very hospitable and helpful, so you get full value for your money. Location is perfect and the restaurant recommended by Marta was fantastic.

Por poner algo, la television de la habitacion ( no todos los hostales tienen este detalle) para mi,esta puesta demasiado elevada, pero eso no tiene importancia y supongo que debe tener un motivo.

I found the price rather high for this type of hostal (it is not a full hotel). But we stayed in August when the demand in Tossa de Mar was very high and this was still the cheapest among the very few with available rooms.

La limpieza y el trato con la gente. El desayuno buffet libre un poco pequeño pero muy bueno. La situación perfecta, a pocos minutos andando de la playa.

Que no haya parquing del hotel. Hay uno cercano a 5 euros el dia.

L'hotel è a conduzione familiare, e la famiglia che lo gestisce è di una gentilezza, cortesia, simpatia e disponibilità davvero fuori dal comune. La spiaggia è molto vicina, così come i parcheggi a pagamento (trovare parcheggio in città è quasi impossibile), la camera sempre pulitissima e il terrazzino davvero molto utile! Più che consigliato.

Struttura ottima anche per periodi medio lunghi. La passeggiata per raggiungere la spiaggia è modesta e gradevole, si attraversa il centro del paese.

Personal muy atento y de gran disponiblidad: nos han ayudado mucho a ubicarnos con las calas de Tossa. Habitación sencilla pero completa, limpia y acogedora. El aire acondicionado ayuda mucho. Ubicación practicamente perfecta.

El personal muy amable, la habitación estaba impecable y todo muy cuidado. El desayuno es sencillo pero más que suficiente. La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, a pocos pasos de la zona comercial y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa.

Sé que es un hostal, pero echamos en falta al menos una pastilla de jabón en el baño. Aún así es un problema menor y la relación calidad/precio es excelente.

We loved the place because it wasn't far away from the bus station neither from the beach by walk. Also, the staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. It is a clean and comfortable hotel, worths every pens. The next time when we go back to Tossa will will definitely stay there. I can only recommend it.

The hostal is located in an excellent area, within short walking distance to the Castle, the beach and the 'center'. The room we got was quite large, very comfortable and really clean. We were quite surprised. Definitetly recommend.

The shower curtain was too close to the toilet, it was a little annoying. But this is a minor inconvenience.

Great place to stay for several days if you don't want to pay much for the hotel. Best deal for it's money - simple clean with friendly and helping stuff. We rented a car and always found a place next to the hotel to park for the night.

los dueños son fantasticos, ayudan de verdad, amabilisimos. la limpieza es un 10, y la relacion calidad precio otro 10. La ubicacion en un pueblo como Tossa es lo de menos, todo está cerca.

Calidad precio excelente! A 10 min. caminando de la playa y del casco antiguo. Habitación sencilla, pero acogedora, con un pequeño balcón. Todo muy limpio. La dueña es muy simpática y nos permitió excepcionalmente usar la impresora para hacer la facturación del avión. Gracias!

The hotel was comfortable and very clean which was a surprise for the price. The breakfast was adequate and the location was really close to the bus station and the center of town. The owners seem to be a family which made us feel comfortable.

Because the place is owned by a family, they close for big events which is fine, but we weren´t informed that they would be closing on Sunday afternoon so we had to drag our suitcases around town after 3 until 7pm because that was when we had our bus back to Barcelona. Wasn´t the worst situation, just wish we had packed less!

Convenient situation near bus station, taxi rank and main strip (it's a small town! I can walk to the beach if I want to, and I prefer to be near to transport). Really nice outside balcony on room, which I was not expecting. Room itself small but clean. Wifi worked well. Tv worked,. A/C+heating worked. Gave keys to get in and out 24h. Clean sheets and towels every day, and room cleaned. Nice smart stonework everywhere. Proprietors pleasant, present, and efficient.

Musty drains smell in corridors and room until aired. Plastic "door" to shower/bath cubicle (which was decent). No soap provided (town standard). Breakfast pretty dismal display of Bimbo bread slices, ham and cheese slices, plastic-wrapped "croissants" etc. and not worth the e4 (try a cafe for better value for money and miles more fun) and they don't tell you it's extra. Room is small - thank goodness for the balcony! There's just nothing to recommend it even though it's inoffensive - I wouldn't want to stay again since there are nicer places in town for the same price or even better, if one knows what they are, but it's certainly on the upper scale of bearable and I likely would consider it if I have to go again at the same time of year. It's just _still_ expensive at e24 + breakfast when one considers that the nicer hotel across the road costs the same (or even half that off-season) but has bar, restaurant, etc, and even in a big uk city one can get a big chain's business hotel room at 5 times the size for the same money. I doubt there were more than 3 rooms occupied in the whole place at that time of year and they might have doubled that by halving the price! The real positive would have been the decent balcony, but for the fact that I didn't need it this time round! I needed the heater, which worked, but it's one of those that makes such a racket one can't keep it on. I didn't see a way of locking the balcony door, which had me worried. The room door to the corridor is standard modern thin issue, but there was nobody else around. Essentially this is a good smart clean place with a nice balcony and uninspiring bare (clean) tiny room with a shower/washbasin/toilet cubicle. If I were to offer advice on improvement, I'd say pay for decent wood room doors and some wrought- iron decoration on the walls .. some kind of style, anyway!
