The location was great, maybe a 5 minute walk down to the sea, and the staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Cadaques is beautiful!! A nice, reasonably priced option for a couple of days. I would stay here again.

The wi-fi never worked in our rooms, but we were on vacation so wasn't a huge deal to us. Also, not necessarily a complaint, but just a warning. The parking garage was VERY, VERY tight to get in and out of! Any car bigger than a compact I would suggest finding street parking!

The staff helped me immediately with my luggage. The room was bright, clean and had a bath. It was modern and the bed was made up to feel inviting and comfortable. Excellent location, basically central. I would recommend this hotel and if I ever have the privilege of visiting Cadaques again I will stay at this hotel.

Stairs, no lift, but as I said staff assisted with luggage.

The hotel was perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean, have great storage and a big bathroom. It's in a great area of town only a few minutes walk from the beach and next to an area where you can park for free on the street. We didn't use the hotel parking as it was three levels underground and seriously tight for space, avoid if you have a rental car, honestly!

This was a noisy property, but you can run the A/C all night and masque the noise.

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Cadaques, within easy walking distance of the seafront and numerous restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little on the small side.

The air conditioning was a bit basic, leaving the window open was not a good idea because of the seagulls! It was not easy to find the hotel and car parking was not close by.

Ubaldo was a good experience all-round. Easy to find from the bus station and easy 5 mins walk, very close to the main bay in Cadaques, friendly and helpful staff, nice firm bed and everything very clean. The lighting in both the bedroom and the bathroom was excellent.

If anything, the room could have been a little more spacious although you wouldn't expect more for the price. We did have an extra single bed in the room - obviously ideal for 3 people, but in a double room it would be better to have a bit of space to drop your bags.

Attractive, simple modern design, spotless room, small balcony with rooftop views, spacious bathroom, great location five minutes walk to beach front and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, with the caveat about space.

Only just enough space for my suitcase on the floor of my double room, good job I was travelling solo as the room would have been a real squash for two. A small coffee/tea maker tray would really enhance the room. I didn't even have a toothbrush glass.

This is a great place to spend a few days in a beautiful little village. Very clean, nice facilities (we stayed in the newer building), and really friendly and helpful staff. Close to the bus station and to the beach.

The only downside is that you can hear a decent amount of noise from the inside of the hotel (people waling upstairs and in the hallways; the TV next door). Not too much, but sensitive sleepers might need ear plugs. Very little noise, however, from the mostly quiet street.

We choose this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. We contacted the hotel informing them that it was our honeymoon and that we could find no place to upgrade our room. They came back to us quickly saying they had given us the best room with the biggest terrace. It was on the third floor but that is ok as we are fit but we definitely had the best view. Hotel was very neat with clean lines.

Communal area is quite echoy but that is just the building construction. Just bare this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

I felt at home. I have stayed at several other hotels in Cadaques, but this is the one I will return to in the future. My room had a balcony overlooking a back street, a very nice bathtub with a good quality telephone shower, a bidet, and a small safe in the room. It was unpretentious and the staff was friendly.

If you a traveler with difficulty walking, remember that Cadaques is built into the side of a hill and ask whether your room involves climbing outdoor steps built into the hillside.
