Apartamentos Las Americas is a 10-minute walk from the beach in Blanes. It has a large terrace with a seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers, and all apartments open onto a balcony.
The Americas Apartments are 2 km from Blanes’ old town and marina. They are next to a shopping arcade, which has a bar and restaurant. Blanes Bowling Centre is 800 metres away.
All apartments at Las Americas have simple décor, and a sofa bed and TV in the living room. There is a private bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave and fridge.
Parking is available nearby for an extra cost, and there is easy access to the AP-7 Motorway. The train to Barcelona takes just over an hour, along a scenic coastal route.
Apartamentos Las Americas is in Blanes
The Costa Brava ends (or begins) in Blanes. Sa Palomera, a jagged rock between the port and the beach is the symbolic milestone. This seafaring town with a long- standing tradition of coastal shipping developed in a semi-circular bay dominated by a hill upon which the ruins of the Sant Joan Castle stand. The town has a seafront promenade and interesting historic monuments including Gothic buildings erected by the lineage of Viscounts of Cabrera, such as the mansion or the fountain on the Carrer Ample, a remarkable octagonal-shaped fountain dating from the 15th century. The Fishing Research Institute has an interesting aquarium with Mediterranean fauna.
Surrounded by the Vilar Hill (269 meters) and the San Joan Mountain (166 meters), its center lies near the end of the Tordera river. Blanes also has some of the most important beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.
Undoubtedly one of the main attractions of the city are its botanical gardens. If you love this kind of gardens or want to see its beautiful and exotic plants you should know that Blanes has two botanical gardens of great importance. The first is Marimurtra, which contains more than 3,000 species from all continents. Likewise you can also visit the Botanical Garden Pinya de Rosa, which owns, among other natural treasures, a large collection of cactus.
The historical legacy of Blanes is really interesting. In this village lived Iberians, Romans (the old place name comes from them: Blandae), feudal lords and, above all, from XIXth century the Catalan bourgeoisie, who took advantage of this excellent coastal not far from Barcelona to build some interesting villas near the sea.
However Blanes has been traditionally a fishing village. A tour through the old part of the town shows a significant architectural heritage, such as Casa de la Vila (Town Hall), dating from the XIXth century, the Fountain of the Mina Cristalina (from 1854), the Gothic Fountain (fifteenth century, the best preserved of Catalan Gothic architecture), the Plaza dels Feiners Dies (the square where the market took place in medieval times). Nor has to miss the Palace of the Viscounts of Cabrera (from the fourteenth century) and the Castle of Sant Joan, located at the top of the mountain of the same name, which also offers magnificent views of the south coast of Blanes.
Just from the top of the castle you get magnificent views of the longest sandy beach of Blanes: S'Abanell. The promontory in the middle of the beach is Sa Palomera, the first big rock that welcomes the Costa Brava, and to his right extends a long seaside boulevard which stretches almost to the end of the Tordera river. This is the most tourist area of Blanes, and offers a wide range of services to its visitors.
On the other side, behind the port, you find the cove of Santa Anna, Cala Treumal (the smallest cove, close to the botanical garden Pinya Rosa), and the Beach Sant Francesc, surrounded by an idyllic pine forest that provides easy access. Next to it is the Sant Francesc Hermitage.
Blanes, is also an interesting city that maintains an active calendar of cultural events throughout the year. The most important ones are the Interacional Fireworks Competition, the Carpets of Flowers Day (when mosaics of flowers are set up on many streets in June), the Local Festival Blanes Day (in August) and the Carnival Parade (in February).

Обслуживание я даже не могу расценить, т.к. его небыло, единственный сотрудник, которого мы видели за неделю отдыха, это женщина на ресепшен, которая не знает что такое сейф. Апартаменты были плохо убраны, везде пыль, от полотенец и постельного белья плохо пахло и все в пятнах, полотенца нам ни разу не сменили и в номере никто не убирался (до этого ни однократно проживала именно в апортаментах и всегда убирали и меняли полотенца). не совсем подходит для пляжного отдыха (далековато от воды) |

Le prix. L'appartement studio 1 chambre est équipé d'un vieux canapé lit pas confortable, attention aux personnes avec des problèmes de dos, le matelas est en mousse. Mobilier de terrase : un simple parasol de plage.. La cuisinière :seulement 2 plaques sur 4 fonctionnaient et problème de disjoncteur si plusieures appareils allumés en même temps, petite ancienne télévision avec que des chaines espagnoles. Les voisins qui eux y vivent à l'année juste à côté des appartements et cultivent du marijuana et consomment dans la journée .....la fumée entrent dans les appartements vu qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation exposé en plein soleil. Sanitaires vetustes sans fenêtre et pas de machine à laver, la lavanderie la plus proche est à plus de 1 km. |

De vriendelijke eigenaresse spreekt gebrekkig Engels en is direct bereid je te helpen. De receptie is echt alleen open op de aangegeven tijden dus van 09.00 - 12.00 en van 16.00 - 19.00 uur. We hebben genoten van dit ruime appartement voor 4 pers. Groot terras op de begane grond, ruime keuken met voldoende apparatuur.Grote ijskast met vriezer. Voldoende opbergkasten, portable tv (geen remote control), lakens en handdoeken aanwezig. (1x in de week met mand de vuile lakens en handdoeken afgeven aan de receptie voor nieuwe). De slaapbank is voor lange personen een probleem want de 2e persoon ligt dan met zijn voeten tegen de zijleuning. Neem in dit geval een opblaasbaar luchtbed mee. Het zwembad op het dak was ideaal om nog even af te koelen en je hebt een ruime blik over de (volks)buurt. Het appartement is verdeeld in verhuur maar ook in permanente bewoning. Wij hebben geen overdadige last gehad van de bewoners en/of blaffende honden en fluitende kanaries. Parkeergarage onder het appartement. Отдыхали весь июнь. Апартаменты на 2-м этаже с выходом во двор (не балкон а именно патио) Уютно, чисто. Вокруг куча бесплатных мест для парковки. За месяц всего 2 раза попал в ситуацию, когда пришлось кружить в поисках свободного (бесплатного) места. Рядом две пекарни, три фруктовых лавки. До пляжа 5-7 минут быстрым шагом или 10-15 с мороженым и не торопясь :) Быт: вся техника работала нормально. Бойлера хватало на 4 душа подряд. Посуды необходимый минимум. Плита + микроволновка - нам хватало. Духовки нет. Неожиданно оказался WIFI. Что было приятно, так как в описании на момент бронирования утверждалось обратное. WIFI только на первом в холле, но до нас (2-й этаж) вполне "добивал". Отзывчивый улыбчивый персонал. Цена/качество - отлично. Полотенца можно менять ежедневно, а постельное белье - раз в неделю. Очень понравился сам город - но отель тут не причем :) Не понравилась всякая ерунда :) - Выход на крышу к бассейну только до 19-00. - Раздвижной диван в гостиной не смог бы принять заявленные 2 тушки, так как был несколько сломан .( номер заявлен на 6 взрослых ) Но в 4-м - отлично. - маленький (очень :))) телевизор (16-17 дюймов) - использовали как радио. - освещение на кухне включается из коридора (вот так вот :) - холодильник закрывался "с подтверждением" - если без - подло открывался за спиной и собирал изморозь :) - крепление душе пришлось немножко "усовершенствовать" что б держался ровно :). Честно говоря ко всей этой ерунде привыкали 1 день. Сейчас с трудом вспомнил все, что можно отнести к "не понравилось". Главное "не понравилось" - что закончилось :) |

Super jardins à visiter à Blanes Pas très bien isolé, en cette période, il n'avait pas beaucoup de monde mais on entendait le peu de voisins qu'on avait. Quartier pas loin de la mer mais on n’a pas testé le trajet à pieds qui ne me semble pas faisable en 10 minutes surtout avec des enfants. On a moyennement apprécié le quartier même s’il est calme en globalité. |

Nada La falta de limpieza, terraza abierta a un patio de vecinos privado, falta de seguridad, falta de vigilancia en piscina y otras estancias, incomodidad en el apartamento y antigüedad de ellos (no funcionaban algunas cosas, extractor...).en definitiva no volveremos |

apartamento limpio y adojedor. Parking 5€ por noche, subterraneo y cerrado. Por un suplemento puedes quedarte hasta las 6 de la tarde y entrar a las 9 por otro suplemento. tiene toallas sabanas y hasta tenderete. al ser tan económico... en el apartamento de al lado había unos niñatos haciendo jaleo. pero se soluciona llamando por teléfono a la chica de recepción. |

l'emplacement, au calme ( en Février 2013 ) La proximité des magasins en tout genres, la proximité de la ville, des plages et bord de Mer. Le Parking en sous-sol, Payant, mais raisonnable 5 € / Jour. Un seul chauffage électrique dans l'appartement. Obligation de demander des couvertures supplémentaires pour avoir chaud la nuit. |

L'accueil , la qualite des materiaux residence tres jolie, l'emplacement au calme la possibilite de mettre la voiture au garage pour un prix tres raisonnable en espagne 5 euros Un peu froid un seul chauffage pour l'appartement mais a roulettes donc deplacable |
